This Home Depot is fun to shop. The associates are pleasant, polite and helpful. The merchandise is well organized and accessible. Generally, items are in stock and reasonably priced.

The store is in great shape and the associates are very nice and helpful.

Was good we went in for joint compound , found it and checked out. Our cashier was very nice

The associate who helped us, George, saved us time and money by working through the details of our projects with us. He found the lock sets we needed in 5 packs and advised us on concrete work, jig saws and more. Definitely one of the best H/D experiences I've had.

Good friendly people at my home depot don't even go to the other guys

Cashier was very professional, fast and polite... Harriet was her name. Very nice young lady. Did everything she can to be very helpful.

The store was clean and the even though there was remodeling in the restroom area the inconvenience was very minimal. The store was organized very well.

I went in not knowing where or if what I needed was in the store or would have to be ordered. The associate I stopped in the isle took me to the product and made sure I had the correct one and went a step farther to help me. The clerk at the returns portion had no customer at the moment and checked me out. This is an example of putting the customer first.

I approached a sales associate since I was unfamiliar with this particular store, and he promptly directed me to the correct aisle where the product I was looking for was located.

Cashiers and sales were friendly. The store is organized in a way that you can find the items related to the project you are currently working on.

Store had everything that I needed it, different selections were available. Store was clean.

Went to the store to buy a tool chest Husky 16 drawer, There was none in stock, so I went to customer service to ask when the store was getting anymore in and I was told none were on order, so I asked when they were going to order any and she said she had no idea, and then asked me if one would come in sometime in the future!! we will call you. She did not ask if I wanted to order one, not very good customer service, the worst ever in this store and I have been going to this store since it opened.

Thank you very much for: Store Manager's knowledge and his expertise on different products for our building needs. For the Lady at Paint Department who is always serving us with a smile and for her expertise on paints and stains. Great selections of plants at best prices. I highly recommend shopping at The Home Depot Farmington , New Mexico where the service is excellent!

I am 91 years old. I need help loading my cart and also loading my car after I go thru the cashier. Everyone in the garden dept. was very helpful. Keep hiring such employees!

Store associate Harriet showed me how to use the phone app.. I will always use it now . She took the time to help me and was very professional.

Where shall I begin. I went in to get some plumbing supplies. No one was in plumbing. I wandered around, had several associates look at me but none offered help. I finally found someone and asked them if they could call someone to plumbing to help me. She tried calling but got no answer. She told me the guys name so I went to look for him down the plumbing aisles. I found him. He was helping a customer who was on her cell phone talking about what she was going to make for dinner. I asked him quickly where I could find the parts I needed to fix my sink (I had the old parts with me). He said "two aisles over". Yeah, that narrowed it down. I went to the aisle and looked, and looked, and looked. Oh, here's ONE part I need. The other part was too long. Apparently the piece I brought in with me had been cut to fit. Do I know if Home Depot can cut it for me? Nope, because I couldn't find the employee again. I got the compression ring I needed and called a plumber on my way home since my husband is out of town and I need my kitchen sink! I'd also like to add that I normally visit this Home Depot between 6-8 times a month. When I have used the restroom there, there is either no toilet paper or individual rolls they pulled off the shelf, no paper towel, or again, rolls they pulled off the shelf, and little to no hand soap. At one point a few weeks ago, which caused me to call the store manager after I left, there was NO toilet paper, paper towels or hand soap. Utterly disgusting!

All thetime I go in the store every one is in a good mood andall the employee what to help you , if I neeed help I get it and if I don't I thank them . I keep coming back with people like this

The cashier Harriet took the time to show me the Mobil app. She was also the cashier that check me out very nice lady, she knows her job well and has very good customer service skills. Very cheerful! Made my whole day..

we came into contact with two associates and the garden center cashier on this visit. all were almost 'overly' helpful and friendly. we appreciated the time and effort they went trhough to help us look for what we were wanting.. though you did not carry the mesh garden trellis materials we were looking for and had to go to walmart for them, the selection of fruits we got were good.

Store was right in the middle of being remodeled. Cathy Oliver was "cleaning" her area.

Our sales associate was courteous and very helpful.

We needed new window shades and a utility sink. The store didn't have the size sink we needed but when it came to the blinds, an associate gladly cut the blinds to fit the window for me.

This Home Depot was an hour further than the one closest to us but well worth the trip

This store is rather messy and many items are jammed into locations not giving good appearance and hard to find items because they are displayed properly

They help pick out the best lumber I needed and loaded for me into trailer

The people were helpful, was able to find what I needed, and when I couldn't there we're associate readily available.
