I always get everything from here and also applied for Home Depot credit card and Love my card and very responsible on using it and paying it off

We received excellent customer service. Mr Daniel our appliance salesman was knowledgeable in providing service and pricing washer and dryers that was indicative for just what wanted to hear.

Conveniently located. Employees were friendly and helpful. Guided me to locations for the products I purchased. Well stocked for what I needed.

Raycine Brown was the appliance specialist that assisted my wife and I with getting the kitchen aid dishwasher on clearance. She was very knowledgeable about the kitchen aid appliance and offered to print the book for the dishwasher for us before we arrived to purchase it. She helped us with getting the appliance loaded. The Alton Illinois store informed us they throw away all the accessories for display appliances.

This store allowed someone to make a purchase against my Pro account when they were not listed as authorized to do so.

I've always had great service at this location. All the workers at Customer Service area are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Store always has a good supply of items needed for projects.

I went to buy garden soil. I had to pick it up and put it on the cart. Myself from outside and then the garden section was door was closed at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and I had to drag it all the way through the store in order to check out.

This location lacks customer service and most of the time you have to hunt for an associate and good luck when you find one because they don’t have the knowledge to help you with anything.

I am a Landlord in tbe process of renovations causing me to visit this local Home Depot several times per week. I've noticed a marked improvement when interacting with employees . Additionally they seem to be more focused on customers and work than socializing with each other. I appreciate the improvement. Please keep it up!

I was greeted and helped when needed assistance with a smile and helpful hand.

The workers at this location need training on customer service esthetics. There is a assistant manager with bad feet who knows nothing about the merchandise you sell. We need one 12x12 Sq tile to replace a broken tile and she told us they are not sold individually. My husband went back to another worker and ask if we could purchase the single piece and was told as long as this a bar code on side of the tile you can purchase it. We scanned it in front of the so called assistant manager so she could see and not give out incorrect information it's a shame that stores these days hire unprofessional people with no skills.

This is my 2nd pair. I love them the fit is a little snug but loosened with time and use. My 1st pair lasted about 2 years and the thread on the rt forefinger wore through. When I had heavy work to do, I would use my cowhide gloves, they were meant for that. Tis gave longevity to my deerskin gloves.

I visited my local store this past Sunday for some lawnscaping ideas. I asked a staff member about bush stump removal and pruning my overgrown indoor corn plant and he was very helpful. I wish that I could recall his name. He provided excellent customer service. Thank you.

There's always a friendly face ready to offer assistance and educate us. This is a real improvement over the past years experience. Please thank the entire staff. I needed assistance in several areas they were there to help. The gentlemen in paint and the women in lawn and garden was giving great advice to older customers the ladies in checkout are fantastic always volunteering to assist even security was in on the fun that day like one big family. They hustle and help and deserve recognition. Please extend our sincerest thanks

My last trip to the Depo was a good one! I was able to get What I wanted and the associate was very kind to listen and guide me to the deals at that time that made a super difference to my wallet as well!!

I had an exchange, Tiffany was very helpful and friendly. Hernando in painting was helpful, we would have bought the wrong paint! And Monica our cashier was very sweet.

Go 2 store 4 home maintenance. Bought a faucet from a competitor it malfunctioned so I bought 1 from Home depot and so far so good

I had to purchase a chair height toilet that was an online order only. Zykiah processed my order and set it up for will call to be picked up by my contractor and provided excellent customer assistance.

I shop this Home Depot at least twice a week. This store always seems to be well stocked and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

This store is always gray. They always have everything I’m looking for available & staff accessible to help me find it. The store is clean & organized, making it easy to quickly & efficiently shop.

wow- less hassle to go to convenience store and pay 7.00 more; than deal with a behavioral situation, so you can buy something; had more on my list, that was enough for me, i left-shaking my head.

The customer service at the customer service desk is awfull. I would use the store on Lindbergh from now on.
