THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE SO FRIENDLY AND HELP EVEN IF ITS NOT THEIR AREA OF EXPERTISE!

I had just shoped at Lowes 2 days before coming to Home Depot. I am redoing a small bathroom. I purchased a bathroom vanity, sink, and floor tiles at Lowes. I came to home depot to purchase a toilet, Mirror and faucet. My purchases at LOWES received a 5% discount when I used my Lowes card. I was told Home Depot no longer offers the 5% discount on the Home Depot card. When I went to the service desk I was told that LOWES no longer gives the discount ether which was not true. I will shop at Lowes from now on. Also, when are you going to fix your receipt printers. Everytime I check out, i can hardly read the receipt. This is a moot issue for me because I will no longer shop at Home Depot.

I MUST SAY I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT THIS HOME DEPOT SINCE IT OPENED AND NOT ONCE HAVE I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. AMAZING MANAGEMENT, FRIENDLY AND HELFUL STAFF. They had plenty of stock for the item I sought. Easy to find at a reasonable price.

If you are at the Fishkill store and need an associate with tons of knowledge, and extremely friendly and patient demeanor, and even additional ideas to help you with your project, ask for JAE. She provided the best Home Depot experience I've ever had.

This store was easy to maneuver. The store is bright and signs are clearly posted. Items are fairly easy to find.

I was greeted immediately upon entry and offered help. I declined because I was picking up paint and knew right where to go. A very friendly associate helped me immediately in the paint department, mixing my paint while I went off to pick up my Kilz and caulk. While choosing the caulk a very helpful associate explained the differences among the different types, asking good questions to help me decide on the best product for my project. On my way from the paint department to checkout, two other people offered to help me if I needed anything. My self checkout was quick and efficient. I left the store with a smile on my face! What s great place to shop. Thank you HD Fishkill!

Should be available not only in paint dept. but other locations...like checkout.

I could not find masonary drill bits as they are not on the same aisle as other drill bits. I asked an associate for help and, while he was apparently looking for someone, Jae walked by and offered her assistance. She immediately took me to the correct aisle and then make other helpful recommendations to me. She was really great.

Store is always well stocked and sales associates are always there to assist in any way possible. Over the years have shopped in many Home Depot stores. This one in particular has stood out for their overall appearance and the professional manner in which their associates deal with customers.

I ran into the store on new years day to purchase a couple items quick. Everyone was friendly and helpful. the man i asked about a reciprocating saw. i originally wanted to purchase a battery operated one and asked the gentleman where the batterys were he pointed them out and got me the best one on sale the only problem which was my fault was i accidentally picked up a corded one i wish he would have caught that when he looked at the box to help me get the battery but it was my own mistake. and the lady at the check out was very nice and very friendly thanked me for my military service and wished me happy new year. great customer service and help!

Went to the Customer Service Desk for a price reduction. Tanika at the desk was pleasant , knowledgeable and experienced at what I wanted to accomplish. Smiled and took care of the issue to my complete satisfaction.

The Associates went out of their way to make sure that I found what I was looking for and even called another store and had them locate what I was looking for. I'll definitely return to this store!

the employees were very helpful. they assisted us with the type of wood we wanted to buy and all the way to getting the right measurements. Its the right place to go.

Went in for various things like lumber and hardware. Associate "Dave" was very helpful in helping me get in and out of the store. Even though I've been there many times is always good the get what you need and get going.

We asked two associates where certain items could be found and both provided the info with a smile and with exact location: "aisle 18 Hardware." Their knowledge of their store was most impressive. I'm just sorry we didn't jot down names for this review. No matter - we're always impressed by your employees.

Since we started doing a lot of work on a new house in the past year or so, we've definitely noticed that there's been (compared with several years ago), a marked improvement in the ease of getting help and the overall shopping experience at Home Depot, particularly, at the Fishkill store. Finding things at Home Depot used to be a challenge (and a little off-putting), but now at Fishkill it seems like there's nearly always an orange apron no more than a few steps away, a person who's willing, even eager, to help find or explain things. They all seem to know the store pretty well, even outside their own departments, and sometimes they'll come up and offer to help find something without even being asked. And when they don't know exactly where something is, they search. My wife and I feel very well treated. Even my wife (who definitely prefers fabric stores and the like) seems to be coming around to the idea that it's fun to shop there. On a particular note: We recently experienced a serious installation snafu with an appliance that we'd arranged to have installed by the service contractor that's used by the store. It was an annoyance, but these things can happen. It's how the store deals with it that counts. We went to the service counter and were very well treated by the people there. Even though it took them (through no fault of their own) an hour or more to work out a way to solve the problem, they stuck with us and were pleasant throughout, and there was never a doubt that Home Depot was going to stand behind its sale. They kept at it until they managed to arrange for another installer to get the job done for us, and I must say my wife and I felt exceptionally well treated by these HD employees. As you can probably tell, I write with a smile on my face from this recent good experience in ironing out a problem, but based on our other recent shopping at the Fishkill store, the treatment we received should have not have been unexpected.
