This store have become my "Go To" store for all my home projects. I do have accounts with other non-Home Depot stores (don't really want to name them), but I have yet had the need to go to any store outside The Home Depot. Every visit is very pleasant, even so that some of the representatives already know me when I walk in the store. Over all outstanding experience in every visit to the store. Definitely recommend this Home Depot store to anyone I know.

I found the product I was looking to purchase, cashier was able to take me to their display of air conditioning units. I was very impressed by her professionalism, knowledge of product. Cashier was quick, offered and explained extended warranty and also offered me help to load my purchase. It is refreshing to see employees go over and beyond their required duties! Overall extremely pleased with my visit.

Appliance manager is a poor example for his employees

there was a communication problem between service desk and store specialist

I got 2 bags of mulch, one brown and one black. I'm trying to decide what to put in my flower beds. The black bag was full, $2.50. The brown bag was broken and 1/2 had fallen out. I figured I would ask for a discount since I was just testing colors. The gal at checkout, smiled, and said she wasn't going to charge me for it at all. So sweet!! I know it was only $2.50 worth but it was the action that meant a lot. I am coming back and will probably buy 40-50 bags and definitely won't shop around. The customer service I get at the Calallen Home Depot is always great and friendly!!

wed 4/17/19 @5:30 thru 6:45pm. just bought appliances, from sales associate bryan. was one of the best experience my wife & I had. his patience,guidance, and knowledge of product are the best. great store and attention from employees. way to go home depot.

Home Depot in Calallen needs training in customer service. If you ask for Monica or Pete they will go out of their way to help you. Several other employees turned and went the other way when they seen me coming but Monica and Pete were great.

Products easy to find, employees very helpful, this is usually the lumber and merchandise store i go to, i do check prices between this store and Lowes store.

They sometimes dont have what you need but they are on top of telling you when they will get a load or special order it for you. Dustin (with a beard) is a very kind and helpful young man. We appreciate him everytime we go which has been often these days.

"Burt" in plumbing did an amazing job when my son came in with a project from U-tube. He patiently helped my son inbetween helping other customers until the project was done. Truly went above and beyond, and the other staff was amazing in thier encouragement for the project.
