Best customer service we have experienced in a long time. Their names were Liam and George. Friendly and so helpful. They helped pick lumber for a deck repair. Checked boards and put back unsuitable ones. Cut to Length. Liam was the one that approached us and he asked George to help. My two neighbors were with me and we were all impressed with Liam. I asked for their names so I could write a review.

Went looking for a refrigerator and stove! I was met right away by Jay in appliances! He worked with me and explained so much to me that I really didn’t know. I would highly recommend this store!

My husband and I are so impressed with the customer service at Florence Home Depot store. We’ve purchased everything from refrigerators to lumber and flooring, shopped the garden center, and had various items delivered to our home and not once have we been disappointed!

Since becoming empty nesters, we are downsizing, and a grill was one item that was too big, Home Depot had several selections. Found a three burner and the size was perfect, it's petite and perfectly sized for us!!!!!!!!!!

I sent my 1 employee to purchase 80 sheets of 1/2×4×10" drywall at 3pm. The purchase was made at 3:19pm & was then ford lifted outside & sat down in front ,at the Pro-parking area. Your employee Jeramiah, who was to help load the drywall, went to look for additional help & never returned. Now whether he couldn't find someone to help, or they chose not to listen to him or perhaps he did not want to load himself is a problem with your employees. The general manager Savannah was of no help at all. When I finally arrived to the store & asked to speak to the manager. Savannah came over & I explained the situation to her. She actually didn't say anything to me nor looked me in the eye nor apologized for the inconvenience. The only actual helpful thing she did was send Liam over to help who went above & beyond to help load the drywall immediately. He was the one who apologized on behalf of Home Depot. We wound up leaving Home Depot around 5:20pm, exactly 2 hrs after the purchase was made. I will not be reutnring for any further purchases at this store.

An item was mispriced and they honored the price.

We had so many employees.They are asked if we needed help! And one of them.In particular was extremely helpful with us and making our transaction complete.

Laura Bristol in appliances is very professional . Easy to work with. I had my refrigerator picked out in about 5 minutes.

Steve in appliances helped me pick out a nice side by side refrigerator. I appreciated his advice and letting me know the different features.

I have never had a problem with any purchase from My Home Depot.

Piper and Brandon at the front desk give excellent customer service . I always find the Home Depot employees to be very knowledgeable, not just where you can find things but how to go home and use it!

All employees were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My shopping went much quicker than I expected, which is always a plus!

Terry is a stand up individual that promptly assisted me while answering phones and helping other people and didn't drop a smile from his face. Highly recommend his knowledge and service to anyone in the area, even if it's just for a friend chat.

All options for purchasing new deck materials online were not available unfortunately. I went to the store direct then where Jenna agreed to help me out and Faith wound up building my order and got me taken care of!

Instead of sending the item back to the manufacturer or simply eating the cost, back on the shelf it went.

We were getting fencing and weree directed to the need for pressure treated wood for the longevity we were looking for! Easy return services for the wrong wood we got prior and hands on help!

Faye was by far one of the best and friendliness team members we've ever met. Home Depot is lucky to have her

I purchased a new LG refrigerator today. The staff was so nice and helpful. Can’t wait to receive my new refrigerator on Wednesday.

I love the personal interaction with helpful employees, I was searching for a bolt to fix my wagon wheel. The gentleman assisted me was kind and very patient. This little $1.25 lock nut fixed my problem.

I have bought appliances, flooring, blinds and many other things recently and each department was excellent with help, advise and knowledge, plus the discounts and price match was greatly appreciated!

Each time I am here, the Florence store has exactly what I need. I am always quickly in and out, and it is never hard to find someone for assistance.

We shop Florence Home Depot frequently, but depending on where our project is, we can count other HD stores' setup to quickly find what we need. We are grateful that it is well stocked and kept clean to access supplies and materials quickly making our shopping quick in and quick out.

Bought a refrigerator and stove and 15 minutes was delivered great. Haven’t had this kind of customer service in years so I went back bought two different doors, and the customer service. There was just as good as it was in the appliances.
