I highly recommend this Home Depot. It is the best one I have been to . I live in the SF Bay Area and this store should be the standard by which our stores here aspire! The sales associates were friendly and helpful. We found the product we were looking for right away. I could not have had a better experience.

Store was clean and had the items we were looking for. Folsom employee Sylvia SAC0489 listed on my receipt was so helpful, friendly and positive. She went out of her way to assistance two senior citizens. She made us feel special and provide us the service, we use to experience years old when we were much younger. Not only with a smile, but with respect. She made our shopping experience fun and we found the items we were both looking for. I never fill out these surveys or even get on the computer. Only we wanted Home Depot to know about Sylvia. Home Depot is very lucky to have such a excellent employee. Thank you upper Management for hiring her and hopefully she can go up the ladder of your corporation. Or even teach other sales clerk her customer service. By the way we can shop at the Home Depot in Placerville, only with the experience that was provided in customer service, I will drive down to Folsom instead of Placerville and that is saying a lot for someone who is tight on spending gas money.

Product easy to locate. What I could not find, the associate took me right to it, as well as recommended upgrading for longer life expectancy.

The Christmas tree was given a fresh cut and taken home. It was put in water immediately. The water has always been kept full. Now, two weeks later, the leaves are almost gray and falling off. The tree had been cut long before a reasonable time and sold.

Very clean and everyone was extremely helpful. The associate in the paint section knew his stuff.

I find it a pleasure to shop at Home Depot for all my home and hardware needs. When I cannot find what I need I'm always able to find help in locating what I need.

Store is usally not clean regarding floor areas. Lowes your major competitor does a much better job on store neatness which probably causes many women to shop with them.

While comparing washers and dryers from written reviews to visiting several appliance stores, we found Home Depot Folsom to be the most helpful and meaningful experience. The sales associate in appliances, Mike, really knew everything about his products. He made our difficult decision much easier. He didn't push products on us, but patiently explained the differences which helped us with our final decision of which washer & dryer to buy. The appliances were delivered today, and we are very pleased.

I asked Jake for the location of the tarps and I asked if the size I was looking at would accommodate covering a shopping cart. I was wanting tarps to hand out to the homeless to keep their stuff dry. Jake purchased not only the tarps but the bungee cords for the tarps. Thank you so much Jake!

This store has knowledgeable salespeople who are ready and willing to assist . I am not allowed to mention an employee by name but she works in the paint dept. and I would recommend going to the Folsom store for her expert knowledge if you have any concerns or questions regarding paint and supplies. You will recognize her by her smile and willingness to help. This Dept. is well stocked and organized.

One of the most important aspects to a store for me and my husband is customer service, and this place has it! Not only are the associates helpful and kind, but the store is pleasant to be in. This last trip, I was helped by two kindly associates, Cory and Garrett who were able to help me get in and out of the store with ease. I was able to find what I was looking for and managed to get out in time for my appointment.

I got waited on right away and I had a lot of items that needed to be researched and also the cashier was great, a real quick to the Store for a very nice change!!!

The customer service is absolutely amazing! They make sure that they take care of there customers the best way possible! They have the best manager who always make it right for the customers!

Like most Home Depots, (and Lowes, for that matter), it helps if you know what you want because getting help is hit or miss.

Today I went in to the Folsom store to buy a 24 Ft ladder. An associate named Billy was outstanding in getting the ladder out which was buried. He then carried it up front and then out to my truck once I had paid for it. The associate at the register was also very friendly. The Werner ladder was on sale for a good price which I couldn't pass up. Overall a great experience !

I'm always impressed with the quality of the products you carry and the helpfulness of your associates.
