Gabby and the guy in tool rental room were stellar! Need more people that go above and beyond... oh the gentleman that works in appliances and had jack Hannah event was awesome.

Just want to let everyone in the 32714 area to know that the customer service at the local Home Depot has improved significantly. I started shopping there when it first opened years ago and then moved away and now have returned and shop there again. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service until recently and heard others say the same thing. It is much better!!!

Terrible customer service, cashier by the name of RONALD said I was lazy because I didn’t walk items that I no longer wanted back to there place at the time of check out. Employees on floor recommended the wrong product by not asking enough question to even know what I needed.

Many people say that you cannot get good service at a "big box store". That is NOT true of this Home Depot. The staff is friendly and available, willing to answer questions, etc. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Ruby at the service desk, for all her help.

Very helpful store associates

My son lives near this store. When i come and spend time with him I always go here to get my plants, paint,potting soil and many other items. I always receive excellent service.

store was great and clean and in stock..other than cashier acted like she hated her job.. very impatient . talks down to you.. not till i finalized my purchase did she show a smile and wish me a happy new year. i have seen this cashier do this time after time when i make my purchases ..

Employees were helpful but finding one that is available is a miracle.

At the time I visited the store they had adequate employees to assist customers, plenty of inventory, and the employees were very helpful. The cashier, "Leola" was extremely helpful and should be commended for her efforts.

Great store! The employees in the gardening section go above and beyond to be helpful. The cashiers smile as they check you out to make it an enjoyable experience all around.

Just had a most wonderful experience with Jeff in the tile department and with Theresa as a cashier. They both went above and beyond and really cared for the shoppers! Jeff took his time to tell me about what I needed to reattach a toilet roll holder and then took me several aisles to the devise that holds the roll of toilet paper in the holder -- what service! Theresa -- cashier She opened another register when it was obviously needed! She moved the line along in a professional, friendly, helpful way. Her smile and attitude is most appreciated. In my opinion, both Jeff and Theresa are way over the top in customer service -- kudos to both of them!

This store is 5 minutes from home. Employees ate kind and able to help. I buy either for my own projects or jobs on the side. Always found what I need and if not I’ll go to the website and they will deliver in no time to store free!!!!

Home Depot, Altamonte is our favorite store. We always have great customer service when we go there. The employees are above and beyond. The store is always nice and clean and it is easy to find products.

It is very rare to find employees that are quick to offer help and a smile. When they are knowledgeable and helpful, it makes for an enhanced shopping experience. Employees like Liz at the Altamonte Springs store makes this store unique and the only place to shop for my home needs!
