We bought a sliding back door online from the West Chester store and found out when the door was delivered that the door was for a new construction home. We had a very hard time with West Chester Depot coming and picking the door up. Obviously the door weighs so much and I was at the point were I was going to have to rent a Depot truck to get it back and I did not know how I was going to be able to get it on the truck. My wife called Depot store 3821 and had an amazing experience explaining the situation. My wife talked with Derek and Chris who told us that they would have the door picked up the next morning. Chris and Todd came this morning and picked the door up with no problems. For an employee to tell a customer that they would clock in and be over first thing in the morning is something you don’t see much anymore. Unbelievable experience.

Bought 4 exterior doors and having them installed and was very please with the one on one service from the door planner

I have been going to this store for some time and I always have enjoyed the atmosphere and in the very COLD days in winter i have walked your aisles for exercise. Never have I been asked to leaver (I am very careful and find myself always picking something up as I am walking) My Grandson and I were looking for cement he wants to build me a patio not very big so this is my next project. I have always been able to find what I am looking for with your assoc help. The store is spotless and I have always been able to get help.

The store was clean and had taken measures to protect their customers from the Covid 19 virus. When I showed up close to closing time with an urgent order that needed filled ASAP, the staff did what they needed to do to get me what I needed AND they did so with smiles. Not once did I sense they were annoyed by a last minute rush job,instead they were very understanding of my situation.

If anyone requires assistance walking through the rather-expensive task of purchasing a new front door and sidelights, make sure you request George Kearney. He is amazing!

HD is like a second home to me. I know where items are that I need. Sometimes they don't have something I want, but found it at a local hardware store.

Walked up to the paint counter and the young lady just stared at me as if to say what do you want. After a few uncomfortable seconds I said hi how are you. She said I'm ok, still didn't ask if she could help me or give any other response. After a couple more uncomfortable seconds I said I need to buy some paint. Never in all of my 61 years have I had such bad customer service!!!

I visit this store often and have always had a great shopping experience. Hats off to the staff and management.

Had Home Depot help with a kitchen remodel job a few years back and the Fairfield store was very helpful. We returned to buy a new dishwasher and they were helpful again.

One of the friendliest Home Depot's I visit. Visit just about all of their stores with 50 miles or more of my home. This store above others tends to have some of the best visits with the friendliest employees. Who are helpful and usually can assist. Answers most questions without having to lookup information most of the time.

This store offer a warm family oriented feel! They provide great customer service. Lastly, if you’re a DIY type person and you need help with wood projects go see Mr.Robert H.

The Home Depot store at Omniplex Drive Cincinnati, OH is a great store. The associates in the various departments are all very knowledgeable, helpful and conscience of finding exactly what will work best for your needs. Ask for Doug in Appliances, George in Doors and Windows, Tom in Lumber and the staff in the paint department are all superstars!!

The service is attrocious. It's like they forget about you. Otherwise,it's good.

Placed an order online first thing in the morning. Received notification that the item was pulled and waiting about 10 minutes after placing the order. Walked up to the customer service desk and within a few minutes walked out with my online purchase. No confusion about what I purchased. Very professional and polite.

Store was clean and plenty of product. The employees actually help you they dont stereo type everybody and make you feel like your a thief

I have been dealing with Home Depot for years. It is convenient and has a good selection of products. I like to support local businesses.

I have not received such shoddy customer service in a very long time. I would have been fired from any job if I had given this type of service.

Very well stocked, have employees who try to be helpful. And when they don't know, they will seek employees who work ina particular department for assistance and that's good.

I went through Home Depot to get a shower installation and a tub removed. The finished product was more than I expected and I am a very happy customer.

The associates at the front of the store have always been friendly towards me. While flipping a house, I spent a lot of time and money at this store. Returns were easy and because of that, I ended up buying more at this store because I knew I would be treated with respect if I needed to make a return.
