I needed a part for my tub and kevin from pluming was helpfull finding it for me.As i was checking out Jess at the register was very polit and asked if i found everything i was looking for. She was very friendly and seemed full of energy.

I needed a pair of flower cutters to take a course to make a Thanksgiving cornucopia of flowers. I couldn’t believe there were a number of choices for something I didn’t think a lot of people would use.

As a handyman one needs to get supplies on the run, often need more items or exchange an item. Repeated visit to store and they get to know you like a friend, happy to see you, ask so what are looking for this time, kind of makes ones day

most of the employers know the store very well like tommy in the paint department.

My husband and I just moved into the area and found that there was a Home Depot in Forked River, which is pretty close to us. The store was clean and had employees available to help. Two employees in particular one in the paint department and one at the cashier counter were extremely polite and helpful. They both went out of their way to assist, which we both thought was really nice. So we walked out of there pretty happy! Also, they seem to have more items on the shelves then some other Home Depot’s. So that was a plus for us. We definitely will be back there again!

This store is always clean as well as friendly and helpful employees. The experience this morning was wonderful! The garden center cashier, Erin, offered my 2 year old son free bubbles, which made his day and put a smile on my face. She was extremely kind.

Everybody is friendly and very helpful in the store. If they don’t know they answer they find someone who does. I go there all the time.

3 employees approached me before I even asked for help. Knowledgeable sales staff, if they don't know they will find out for you and walk you to where your item is.

Wonderful and helpful employees

My fiancé and I went to this location on 5/30/21 to pick out flowers for our upcoming backyard wedding. One of the employees, Adrienne, helped us to pick out beautiful plants that we would not have noticed otherwise. She had such a positive energy about her and it was easy to tell she was genuinely kind and friendly. Thank you, Adrienne!

I have always had an easy time finding what I need in our Forked River store and if I couldn’t find something any number of staff were available to assist in finding what I needed or suggest alternatives which is very important especially if you are a do it yourselfer like me. Most employees are very helpful, friendly to a fault and can make my day so much better just by their kindness and willingness to find the answer even if they don’t know themselves. I appreciate patience it can be hard to come by these days.

The service at this store was outstanding. Every single staff member was nice and helpful. As a result we spent over 257. dollars. I do have an issue I hope you can advise me on. on 4-26-21 I received a 10% off coupon that was valid through 4-30-21 I used it on 4-30-21. I am not sure when another coupon arrived in the mail with my husbands name but the expiration was 5-31-21. When I tried to use it today I was told it was already redeemed. I said that can't be. When I got home I checked and both had the same scan number. Is this a mistake? Why would I received two coupons with different expiration dates and the same code? I spent over 250. today because of the discount.
