The store is well organized and stocked. Staff are polite and always helpfu.

I love shopping at this Home Depot, there is a Home Depot closer to us but they are not near as helpful. I have been in that particular Home Depot and could not get help. The store is cluttered and definitely not as clean. I have seen the same door greeter at my Home Depot for many years, he is sweet, kind, funny, and very cheerful. He is in a wheelchair and he is as happy as anyone could be all the time. It lifts my spirits to see him.

I have been to other locations. This location is always clean. And I can usually always find help when I need it.

Most everything that I shop for is always available when I need it.

I was at returns to return some wood I bought but 1 of the boards had a different tag and was told by David that I could not return it and being so rude and disrespectful to me .He had no respect for customers and always so rude .I guess that the do care who they hire and had no respect for people .This was at 4 Points Home Depot

The employees at this store are spot on. It’s hard to be as broad as the products are but with determination the employees have helped me find the solutions I needed. Thanks, Adam and Barbara for helping me get things sorted even though you were both running the registers.

I apologize but I can’t remember what her name is. She was working the self cashier department. I was there at 10:15 on Wednesday Oct. 13. I just wanted to say that I was impressed with interaction with each customer. I was in a bad mood (it was a bad day) until I went through her dept. She was able to turn my crappy mood around and turned the rest of my day into a very nice one. Thank you for hiring quality people.

I just went in to by a grill to be delivered and I asked to pay $500 on a debit card and the rest on my Home Depot card. This man who seemed to not even want to be working this morning. Proceeded to charge the full amount on my debit card. When I clearly stated , I only wanted $500 on the card. He than said, sorry I can’t return the order and if I do it will take several days to get you money back on the card. They did nothing to help me and basically said sorry and handed me my receipt. They took my money and didn’t care basically sorry about your luck. Never coming to this location again!

Laura with the Pro Desk department is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our purchase order was accurate and looked for ways to get the best price. She payed attention to detail and was very courteous and professional. She asked questions and followed up when needed.

My HD Store at Four Points, Austin, TX is always clean, associates are available and knowledgeable.

Home Depot is not committed to COVID safety. In a single visit to Home Depot I witnessed 6 customers without masks on and 2 employees not wearing masks properly.Until we reach herd immunity in America, Home Depot Four Points in Austin is a likely place for COVID to spread. Home Depot corporate office customer service confirmed that Home Depot policy is to not actively ask customers to wear masks. In the future I will not shop at this, or any Home Depot.

Do a lot of shopping at this store. I find a nice selection, clerks are very accommodating and courteous. The store is neatly kept and the products are attractively displayed. Shopping at the store is a pleasant experience.

My family has been customers of various Home Depot stores for many years. We have always been more than pleased with all aspects of our visits.

All employees are extremely friendly and helpful! Kim in the tile department was phenomenal!

I tried to ask a question and just got rude responses.

Everytime I enter this store I'm greeted with a smile from Laura and George at the pro desk while I make my rounds shorts greets me with a warm welcome , Bruce always helps me find what I need and for the employees I didn't mention thank you all so much.

The store is always clean and has was I need. Karina the cashier is the best!! Treats everyone like they are the most important customer in the store. Super quick at checkout and very friendly.
