jOHN IN APPLIANCES WAS A TREMENDOUS HELP WITH RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE AND ORDERING A DIFFERENT STOVE THAT WAS DELIVERED IN A TIMELY FASHION..

The associate that helped me rent a powered drain snake was very courteous and concerned with me getting the right piece of equipment. When we had to go back to the store because I forgot to grab the pouch with the different snake tips he reset the time to ensure we got our full time of rental. Pretty obvious to me Home Depot treats their associates like valuable assets as the friendliness and courtesy of the rental associates, the customer service desk associate and a checkout clerk who helped me get through the self-checkout ( which I've never done before ) shows. Very different than the other large home improvement stores I've shopped at!

Home Depot employees are happy to help and are very professional with great personalities. The competitors(menards), have a bunch of kids that don't know anything but more importantly they are anti-Military. Few years ago mernards stopped their Military discount because someone complained. Home Depot didn't budge! That's one of the many reasons I'm proud to shop at Home Depot.

Associate's at this store had great energy the store was clean and checkout time took no time.

While trying to self checkout a few items, I was interrupted multiple times by an associate. I still had items in my cart and she was trying to push "finish and pay" button. I nicely explained to her that I was not finished and continued to ring up my items. I was interrupted again and asked for my ID. At this point, I still had one item I needed to ring up and the cashier had no idea how I was paying. When I questioned her about needing my ID, she said it was standard procedure. I shop here frequently and have never had this happen. She was very disrespectful in her demeanor towards me. I complied and showed her my ID and finished my transaction. Baffled by this weird checkout procedure, I stood near the door and observed the gentleman behind me was not asked for his ID even though he was paying with a credit card. I will be shopping where my business is appreciated.

I had been shopping for a toolbox combo for some time and was seriously considering going for the Milwaukee brand set. I was not prepared or intending to purchase the set on this visit or in this store, but the help I got from the Hardware associates made me change my mind. In addition to answers to my product questions, I got some good information on the market and competitive pricing. Finally, I got help working around the purchase and loading details I had not prepared for. It was a good product at a good price and the good help from the associates closed the deal for me.

If you was service and great help this store is the place to go!!!!!!!!

Had to get a piece of plywood cut. Staff helped carry and then cut it to specs.

Poor training of assistance Very slow check out During busy season should be more check out open only 2 when I was there, and one check out person was on phones yes phones

The associates( Matt and Carmen ) were what really sealed the deal during our last visit to Home Depot in Franklin. They went above and beyond in getting my family the perfect Christmas tree and truly made us feel great when we left with the tree. It is not often anymore that you find people who truly care about their customers and there was no question that Matt and Carmen do. I would recommend anyone who needs items for their home to go to this Home Depot.

Need a storage solution for our office. Was directed right to the products and was shown options to make an easy purchase decision.

Every associate says hello and asks if you need any help as you walk through the store. I didn't think so until an associate said "we've moved those over here. Just follow me" Nice people.

I have gone to other stores and have always had to wait to find an associate to help at the paint counter. I went to Home Depot on 2 separate occasions for paint and there is always someone staffed there ready to assist! Saves a ton of time looking for someone!

Each time I shop at Home Depot, the associates are very helpful. They time to take me to the area where the products that I need to buy are. It saves me a lot of time which I appreciate, ans they are very knowledgeable .
