Associates were hard to track down, only check out open was self-service at 6:30am. Associate in the checkout dept was not cordial when asked if self-service was all that was open.

This store was clean nd everyone was so friendly and helpful! the garden area was beautiful! Janina was my cashier and she was so helpful and nice! she definitely made my experience that much better.

WEEKEND BUSY AS USUAL AND HARD TO FIND EMPLOYEES ON THE FLOOR THAT DON'T HAVE A CROWD AROUND NEED HELP; BUT GOT MY TURN AND WAS GIVEN EXCELLENT SERVICE AND CORRECT INFORMATION THAT I ASKED. THE CASHIER ANTONIO STOLE THE SHOW IN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I would just like to say how friendly our cashier (Karen) was to me and my brother on our recent visit to our local Home Depot store. Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable...

I bought tile for my whole house, their inventory was great and not too expensive. The customer service was wonderful. Penny was ablessed to get me the tile I wanted and gave me some really good advice.

Since I bought my home in 2000 that's when home depot became our to go to. many projects, and emergency visits. Lowe's is further out, way out! you need a membership well I never went back

Twice in a row, I received poor service from two different employees. In both cases, after a little effort to help me, I was told that Home Depot did not have the item I was looking for. I both cases, frustrated by the lack of initiative of each employee, I found the item myself. My perception was that the employee really did not care about helping me solve my issue. They did not try to understand what my challenge was and, worse, they did not showed real interest in helping me. In one case, I show the employee the little screw I was looking for and the employee took me to the right isle, tried a little bit to find what I was looking for, and dismissed me by saying that the store did not carry those small screws. Frustrated by his inefficiency, after he left, I checked in detail the same area I found my item. The item was just in the next shelf.

Best Store for all you home and gardening you will need.

Products were easy to find. Easy to find on the shelf. Assistance was readily available. The store was very clean. All associates were friendly, polite and quickly to assist me with all my needs.

Everything was well until I got to check out and they, did not honor my 10% coupon when ask for manager for policy showing explanation since my coupon said up to $250 discount and they only gave me $50 discount. Very disappointed, manager didn't even bother to talk to me when employee called for him, poor customer service.

The store looked great, friendly staff, shelfs stocked I was very happy with my last vist.

They would rather lie to you,or tell 1/2 truth, than tell you the truth. Customers apparently are something they have put up with in their job.

I've been returning many items because they are defective, or breakdown quickly. The return clerks are NOT as friendly as the other cashiers. I do not understand why, it's not like they're doing one a favor.

I don't go to any other store but this one! The paint department is always helpful with any question I pose. FYI, always check the 'oops' paints to snag a deal for a color close to what you're looking for. :)

You'll wait a bit for an employee to help you find something, once found...checking out is not bad at all. Returns however, are a different story. The staff treats you like you stole the item, not friendly and they move at half speed. Still waiting on a credit for a returned item from a month ago...due to a "computer glitch".

Ignored when trying to get assistance, nobody could be bothered to help me, stood on an isle waiting for 20 minutes, even though I asked 2 employees for help: one disappeared, the other one called for assistance over the PA and no one showed up, and this was at 6AM when only 3 customers were in the entire store.

The store was clean. There was a lot of products. The staff was very hard to find. They seemed to be either understaffed or avoiding certain areas. They had the registers and doors covered, yet when you wanted to ask a question, you had to find an employee. When I inquired about a variety of plant, I was told to look over in one area. When I asked for more help I was told by the staff member that they just run the register. This is not good customer service.

Unlike some stores ,where you find a product today it will still be there next week . I like it when I don't have to look all over to find what I'm Looking for .

I visit this particular store at least once every day, Know all the employees there and all are super friendly and polite and have goo manners. I find almost every thing I need for my works. I feel like i am part of the Home Depot family.

I had to hunt for assistance but each time I got someone they knew what they were talking about and were able to guide me to where I needed to go. Cashier Kimmy was very friendly
