Friendly and always helpful
We bought landscape rock to improve our front yard. This store had all that we needed and cheaper than a any quarry nearby. Also loaded into our vehicle. Finally total of bags was 87. Neighbors love our new look.

    Ray and Elizabeth … terrible
Went in to purchase a water heater. Saw the price, and the item below the price, decided it was the one. Needed some assistance to get it on a flat cart (they’re about 150 pounds). Get to the checkout and it scanned for $100 more than the price it was sitting under… no biggie… but certainly not MY fault as I didn’t put the water heater in the wrong place. I told the HD worker (Elizabeth) about the price discrepancy. She went to talk to her supervisor (Ray) and then returns and says, “well let’s go look at it”. I show her the tags and the items (yes were more water heaters in the wrong location with the wrong price) and her response was, “ya, that’s not gonna work cause we go by SKU’s”. Well obviously, you don’t go by SKU’s because your staff put the water heaters in the wrong place. Oh yea, and the difference in the name on the SKU’s should you ask, was just a “PLAT”…. And the customer is supposed to know the difference? I don’t think so. So we return to the checkout and I request to speak to a supervisor, and this is where Ray comes in… she made me wish I had just stuck with Elizabeth. Ray’s customer service skills are seriously lacking. She didn’t want to hear anything I was trying to say and insisted that they only go by SKU’s. I requested they adjust the price to the price reflected ON THE SKU. But Ray couldn’t be bothered and definitely didn’t honor my request even though it was HD’s mistake. I needed the water heater and left feeling like nobody cared. Ray needs to be humbled. I’m disappointed HD would make someone like Ray a supervisor.

        Excellent Customer Service
Martin and Loreley, here at Home Depot #6339, do a fantastic job in their own respective station. Loreley, who is a cashier, helped ring me up with a smile and showed enthusiasm with her colleagues as well as customers. In addition, Martin, who is one of the managers here, walked me through the warehouse and gave me his professional opinion on what item to purchase based off my needs and purpose. Needless to say, I was content and more than satisfied.

          What a mess!
Store Manager lets multiple fruit sellers in beat up trucks sell fruit in the Home Depot parking lot right in front of the entrance, taking up valuable parking and detracting from the store image. Been there 2 times today. They are there ALL day shouting at customers to buy their nasty fruit. Store is no better inside. Lazy workers who dont make eye contact and dont care to show you where products are. Really in bad shape. What happened Home Depot?

            Rude, dirty, and slow
The staff is rude and dismissive. Your cashiers don't care at all. The head cashier was on a cellphone ignoring everyone and everything. The young man manning the self checkout seemed to be the only person who knew how to do his job. The parking lot has no less than 3 large, nasty trucks selling fruit and taking up valuable parking. Lots of lazy employees milling around pointing in directions they 'think' something is in or just shrugging and walking away. Really a disgrace to even call this HD.

              ABOVE AND BEYOND
Excellent community asset due to the caliber of supervisory presence working in tandem with staff really makes the cut above the average commercial environment.

Good store but there are some incompetent, ignorant, rude employees
The store is a typical Home Depot, most of the employees are nice and know how to do their job. However, some are clueless and very rude and definitely step out of line in more than one way. Probably will not be going back to this Home Depot even though it's close to my house and will shop online with pickup at another store.

No eye contact or hellos with customers
Least ambitious or enthusiastic customer greeting and smiles than 4 other nearby stores
