I came in today to return tile. Nancy was behind the counter. She was fast, courteous and super friendly! She is an awesome employee and gives the store a good reputation for being helpful and caring ! Kudos to Nancy for doing a good job for her employer !

Great sales in appliances; helpful staff.

The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable, had patients and friendly. The store was clean and products were easy to find.

As always, I was in a rush and needed to pick up a number of different LED bulbs and styles … and color outputs. Employee Danny took the time to help me find what I needed. He actually listened and then helped to find what I asked for. It may not sound like much, but Danny's assistance saved me half an hour I would estimate. This store almost always meets my needs and exceeds my expectations. Home Depot sure knows how to select and train their employees. I will be back.

I never write reviews but I visited this store on 8/24/18 to pick up a couple of things and I was so impressed with the helpful staff that directed me to the products I needed to do the tasks I had in mind and also walked me through how to use them most effectively. Every one was very friendly and helpful all the way through check-out. I have rarely enjoyed better customer service in any store anywhere.

If you go to this store for flooring, ask for John Carter. He will help you find what you need and give you the best and most practical advice on your individual situation. He makes the shopping experience fun because he has a great sense of humor and will listen to your specific needs. He has loads of experience and pulls his suggestions from his personal information bank. If you go with vinyl, he also will show you an example of how to put vinyl together at the store. We had a wonderful time! He really made our day and we are so thankful we stopped at this Garner Home Depot store! ***also - every employee we walked by either smiled or said hello! Haven’t had that kind of customer service in years!

My experience at the Garner Home Depot has always been a good one. I drive by another home improvement store in order to get to it. There's just something about the people who work there - happy to see you, ready to help - and if they don't know the answer, they will find someone who does. There's an all around nice vibe in the building and it's neat and clean. As a woman in the tool section or looking at a tankless hot water heater or whatever, I feel the associate helping me really wants to help me - not dismiss me or somehow convey that my question is ridiculous, ignorant or not worth their time - believe me as a consumer this is way too often the attitude I encounter. Cudos to whoever is doing the hiring and the training at this site - it's more than working.

The Home Depot in Garner, North Carolina is very convenient to drive to. The store is clean. Every piece of merchandise is stored neatly on the shelves. The employees were very courteous to me in helping me with my purchase of my new Honda lawnmover.

Garden department 2nd to none. Plants look great and staff willing to load your vehicle.

Garner Store is clean, well lit, and the shelves are well stocked. The staff members are polite, respectful, and helpful. Additionally, the store is in a good location.

I shopped for hanging ferns at the Raleigh Farmer's Market before shopping at Home Depot. The Market wanted $15 a fern. I felt the price was too high for the quality. I stopped at Home Depot to look around and bought 4 healthy, beautiful hanging ferns for $7.50 a piece.

I took my prices from the internet web site, but store did not honored them at check out. Very disappointed.

I like this store. It is right down the street from my house so it is very convenient. I go there a lot but they seriously need to hire some employees. It is very hard to find help when you need it. This is the only complaint that I have about this store. The employees that they have are friendly and very helpful when you can find someone to help. Please hire help.

I am a frequent customer and I'm very satisfied with the way customer service works well with customers. I never had any problems with looking for anything that was needed from my behalf. Very friendly location and wish other locations was the same.

Visited this store today. As always very impressed. It’s always clean and the employees are great. Especially Yancey! He has helped me before and he’s the greatest. Always smiling friendly and professional. I couldn’t have made my purchase without him.He even remembered my prior visit and my mom that time she was with me. He’s a big asset to this store..

My experience at this location was warm and pleasant. The products in which I was seeking were easily accessible and if not I was provided assistance quickly. The store was clean and orderly, and all the associates I encountered greeted me with a smile and asked if i needed any assistance. I greatly appreciate the respect and individual attention I received during my experience.

Ordered dishwasher online, with installation, parts, and haul away of old dishwasher. They dropped dishwasher and was told me to contact support to get install done. Contacted store, no help. Contacted online support not available for 10 days so cancelled. It was a major fiasco getting all this refunded with 4 calls to support to get all items refunded, then call back for sales tax. Grr never again.

I have been to this location several times in the last couple of months. Every time I receive exceptional customer service! I would recommend this location to anyone!
