I highly recommend anyone in the Northern Michigan area to shop at the Gaylord facility and NOT the Petoskey store. The Gaylord store knows the meaning and applies outstanding customer service. Not so at Petoskey store. The Gaylord employees have great product knowledge and will provide all of the assistance that YOU require. Although the Gaylord store is more than 25 miles from me vs. 10 for Petoskey, I will do all of my shopping in Gaylord from now on.

VERY NIVE STORE EVERYONE IS SO HELPFUL

The aisle's were to cluttered with "stuff" . Need to keep BIG ladders AWAY from floor displays. Had to push things around to get shopping cart thru aisle.

Very helpful employees. Purchased 75 feet of linoleum that needed to be cut in to 15 foot segments. Two employees took the time to cut, wrap and load the 5 rolls. Very much appreciated. Thank you.

This store is the best, they are very helpful! When an employee did not have the answer to my question, they got someone who could and sent them to me. Customer service at it's best.

the store is clean and plenty of staff to help me locate what i need, only problem i have when I go to Home Depot is I find my next project. It is easy to do, because they have every there to complete your home project without having to run around to find one item, have to order and wait forever for it to come in before you can finish your project. thank you Home Depot!

This is a well run store with a really nice group of folks working there. They are always friendly and even the ones who aren't knowledgable can usually find someone else who is to make sure you are taken care of. They also go out of their way to be nice to our young children who can be a bit crazy at times. Thank you
