In my opinion Home Depot is a professional supervised operation with all making good judgement at the right time in a outstanding manner. Also the store is well stocked with a tremendous amount of merchandise on display with a huge amount of saving that know other stores in this area can match. Special Note Worthy is that employees are people person who has great concern toward customer in a tremendous manner with a delighted demeanor. Keep up the good work.

Great store

Needed a digital switch key made for my car and the Ford dealers wanted $130.00 to program my switch key and $60.00 per new key for a total of $190.00. Home Depot made me a new Ford Crown Vic key for $70.24 that opened the door and started the car so I saved $119.76. The two Ford dealers that gave me their quotes told me the dealer was the only one who do this. I'm glad I checked with HD and advise anyone needing a new digital security key made to get one made at Home Depot for a third of the price.

No line at checkout, employees offered assistance. Product was in the correct location!

We love our Home Depot and visit often. This time Greg, a fabulous student/expert in appliances helped us to choose and purchase a new stove. The employees are always kind but this individual deserves an award :)

Home Depot in my opinion has a group of outstanding people person employee who has great concern toward customer. Poor customer service and support

The associates at this store are the most well versed in tackling home projects and really eager to help all the while making sure each project fits my budget.

I shop quite frequently at this particular store and have found staff always eager to assist me - whether it be just for information or making a sale! Store is customer service friendly.

The only thing I didn't like about the store is the last three times I have visited the store all of the mobility scooters were at the exit. I'm a 100% disabled vet and my feet were really burning by the time I found them at the exit.

This is a review of their lawn mower repair service, not the store. They took more than three months to fix a minor problem on my mower. (Shipped it up to northern VA to fix) Upon delivery back they broke the handle which delayed it at least another month. I'm kicking myself for not at least asking how long it would take. If they said two weeks I would have reconsidered. I would not have imagined anything taking even close to this long. I spent the whole summer without my mower for a problem that I could fix in 15 minutes with a part that would take two days to get delivered to me. I just wanted to warn anyone handing over their mower to them. You might plan for not getting it back for a long time.

I go to this store because I can find what I am looking for in a short amount of time & get back home quickly to go to work.

The employees are pleasant, friendly and helpful. They know the store and the location of items in the store. I have actually had employees take me to the location of the item I was asking about ! It is a positive experience to shop in this store. The store has always had what I was looking for IN STOCK.

Good store with good , knowledgeable people and decent products.. But the aisles are always cluttered with cardboard junk product displays that bottleneck and block products I'm looking for.
