By doing away with 1/2" sch 40 PVC coupling I was forced to pay .36 cents ea. for couplings where as the 1/2" sch 40 PVC EL 90D ten pack was only 2.10 or .21 cents each. I was told that the powers that be made the decision to stop handling the 10 count of couplings. Way to go HD that's how you provide customer service.

There is nothing more to add. We shop a good deal at this store and are basically satisfied each and every time - nothing is perfect.

Some of the rudest employees I've came across, but it's the closest location.

Even if I am having a bad day, it is always a pleasure to deal with Mark and/or Norma when checking out.

I needed to buy and haul a lot of subflooring and other materials but had no way to make the transport in my car, so I rented the truck at the Rivery Blvd Location in Gtown and Scooter and his team were great. Chris also helped me load the truck and I was in and out in under 30 minutes and back to the store returning the truck in under 60 minutes. You cannot find a better deal on a truck than the HD in GTown. $19.00 for the first 75 minutes.

I was in the market for a 30' extension ladder or taller and this Home Depot had a great selection and very comparable prices for an immediate purchase and carry.

Home Depot has everything you ever need for home improvements....the staff is very smart and each department has experts in that particular field.....I was in the electrical department and the guy knew everything....and steered me in the right direction and I got my project completed successfully. Thank you for being so much better than Lowes, who apparently hires anyone to work in their departments....they don't know anything.....I only went there one time when Home Depot happen to be out of one item.....never again.....I would rather wait on a part than go to Lowes....ha ha..... While I've got your attention....let me tell one thing you could do to improve one thing....I needed a keyless deadbolt....one that has the thumb turn inside and the other side does not go all the way through the door....you just drill one side of door to install these....you had one in stock that had a 2 3/8" set back and WAS NOT adjustable to make longer like many of the regular deadbolts are.....I needed the longer set back (I believe it is about 2 3/4"......) but you did not have....You did have an adjustable on "on line" that I ended up having to order and waiting for....MY SUGGESTION IS TO "STOCK" THE ADJUSTABLE ONE INSTEAD OF THE 2 3/8" ONE SO MORE CUSTOMERS WOULD BE ABLE TO GET WHAT THEY NEED.....Small suggestion, but would help your customers have the option of either set back......thanks and have nice day.....

Norma is always very professional, fast, friendly, and efficient.

I almost always need help from an associate to make sure I get the right product, and they are always very helpful! Today, I needed an associate to get a tall ladder to get a product from way above the aisle because the shelf was empty, and he did that willingly with a great attitude!

Im a general contractor in the Austin area. Georgetown Home Depot is by far the best in this area.

The Georgetown Home Depot has the most helpful and available employees of any I have visited. Shopping there was a pleasure, even on a busy Saturday!

The employees are neither helpful or friendly. The aisles are crowded with merchandise so they difficult to navigate. Hardware shelves were not stocked.

THERE WERE TOO MANY BOXES OF PRODUCTS STACKED IN THE FRONT AISLES MAKING MANEUVERING AROUND THE STORE VERY DIFFICULT IN A MOTORIZED CART.

I had a few things to gather and wasn't sure where they would be located. I found someone right away who assisted me, I even double checked with another associate, she was also very helpful. Prices were a little high on plants and snacks. I bought the plants, skipped all snacks, took home my new baby plants happily. I was also able to check out promptly. The plants were in great shape and the items packaged well. Guess I will be back!
