Associate mr mike in electric dept was very helpful

The staff here are really helpful. Amazing how everyone memorized where every item is in the store. And the checkout staff also very helpful.

I would like to highly commend Spencer for delivering empathetic, responsive, efficient, effective and courteous customer services to me. To quickly recap, after collaborating with me to identify the problem that I encountered, he examined the options available for solving that problem. After doing so, he worked in close collaboration with me to select the option that would give me the most benefits at the least cost. Shortly thereafter, he implemented and evaluated the solution. Accordingly, I would like to highly commend him. My commendation is predicated upon my belief and conviction that the aforementioned excellent customer services should be positively reinforced. Home Depot can positively reinforce the empathetic, responsive, efficient, effective and courteous customer services that he delivered to me by using meaningful rewards to motivate him and other representatives to frequently exhibit those desirable behaviors.

The employees there are really nice and helpful. I have a great experience when I go there. The employees show that they care by trying to do what they can to help and I never had a problem with parking.

I waited over 25 minutes for someone to come and cut my wood and it never happened.... I had 3 different sales associates call for assistance in isle 27 and no one came... this is the 2nd time I came to this location and had the same experience..

They have revamped the customer service/returns area and it is so much better, cleaner and line moved very well. Also, new cart return stations that work well.

The cashier, Susan, was nice.

This store is has more stock than other stores. It's organized and I can easily find what I need!

In past years, the associates were more knowledgeable with actual experience in a particular field. In this day and age I have encountered too many employees who aren't good listeners, assume they know what you are talking about, point you in the wrong direction and give you an attitude if you dare to question their advice.

The employees in the flooring department were very helpful. The stock was a bit low. Many of the tiles displayed on the wall were difficult to locate on the shelves without employee assistance.

The Germantown MD store is nice and much like other Home Depots I've been to. They now have all self checkout lanes, however, I've always had an employee there that will pretty much check me out regardless. Employees have always been very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the parking lot and some entry ways seem to have a lot of small trash everywhere. It was really noticeable this morning. I think DAILY cleanup should be done as it is not appealing at all to see as a customer.

bad costumer services no friendly employees

Just writing this cause I know how valuable reviews are for management and crew. My cashierista was Krystal. While ringing me up, she was really soft-spoken and didnt really make eye contact. I think she was tired. I didnt like it but she made up for it! After I paid, she handed me my receipt and gave me a big smile before wishing me a good rest of my day. I think she just needs to bump that joy up from a 6 to about an 8 or 9 and shes golden. Great work anyway, to the whole team. I got a Milwaukee 2 PC drill/driver set, it was pretty easy to find. The displays up front showing the deals could use a little organization, put a crew member on that. Somebody creative and motivated. Theyll have a lot of fun and do well if they're just handed that as their own personal project. It looks good, Its just hard to figure what's a deal and what's not. I was in-n-out so I didnt get a big look at the store but it seemed clean enough. 4/5 this time, but that's still good. Have a great day.

It takes a long time to find assistance at this store and associates do not show enthusiasm to help customers.

The Germantown store was immaulately clean and shelves were well stocked. Every dept I have been to has had knowledgable people to wait on me and are as pleasant as one could ever hope for. Thanks for being there for our neighborhood.

I had the need for a millimeter ruler. Had to get an associate to help me find it. There are so many items on display it was easily overlooked by me after looking several times. The same happened with the associate. However, we finally found it and it was in the area that it was supposed to be in.
