We always find what we're looking for at Home Depot. The employees at this store are always super helpful & knowledgeable. Never a problem. Always a positive experience because the people make the difference.

I had the best help from an employee, that helped me pick a new fridge.. showed me discounts, and warranty .. I won't name the company but it starts with a L and ends with a G..These fridges have issues..(3 bad in less than 11) years, so I went with a diffent brand.. with all the options I wanted.. she made it easy as possible to have it ordered & delivered to my home..

Stacy is great and needs a raise

The employees at the Gillette store are always helpful and kind. The store also has an excellent, healthy plant selection.

My husband and I are updating our home and have made several trips to our local Home Depot. I like the quality and variety of the products they offer. Home Depot remains our go-to when shopping for our home. Each time we have been greeted and assisted by a clerk named Kelley. She was very approachable. I appreciated her friendly smile and her willingness to help us.

I have been to many HomeDepot stores across the US and the Gillette Wy store is one of the best i have been in, all because the store is clean, organized and most importantly the staff are friendly and willing to help all the time!

I was looking for something in the construction area and the gentleman was very helpful. I didn’t catch his name! Stacy was at the self checkout and she did all the work checking me out! Appreciate the fact that she didn’t have to but was more than willing to help me and others in the “self” checkout

Home Depot is doing a fabulous job selling name brand products. It’s nice to have a store open for as long as it is where you can find almost anything and have so many options.

I have always had the best customer service at this store. Always friendly helpful staff that goes above and beyond!

i love the Behr paint great coverage we have a LG stove that has all the bells and whistles and a air fryer works excellent

The electrical and plumbing areas are top notch in both knowledge and service.

I had been in the store with my children for a while. They were beginning to get rowdy as most young children do and the cashier I had was full of patience and understanding. Yara was our cashier. She helped me complete my check out faster so I could tend to my children as well as asked permission to give my young ones a pep talk. With my permission she spoke with them at their level. Yara was able to get them to settle down and listen. She had wise words, calm tone and demeanor and was very inspirational. Yara is an ideal adaptation of the creation of Mary Poppins! I absolutely adore her and loved all she did! Thank you for finding a person like this! We need more people in the world like Yara! Her business appropriate actions were also fantastic and I couldn't have asked for someone better to be there in that time! If there were such a thing as tips in this line of business, she'd be making bank for her actions and great people person skills! Yara, you deserve a raise in my opinion! Keep at it!

I shop at Home Depot every Day, sometimes 5 times a day. They are the best place for me to find what I need

The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well organized and clean, making it easy to find items. I never have to wait in line very long to checkout. Also, there is a great selection of plants in the garden department.

Will never step foot in this store again!

I asked for a set of keys to be made and forgot to pick them up when I left. I came back 3 days later asked about my keys and Amna said she remembered me and pulled them out of a little box next to the checkout. Made my day. Thanks Amna!!!

It is easy to shop at this store

I went to get a wheelbarrow that was locked outside. I entered the store, went to the cashier, told her what I needed. While checking out, she had called for someone to go unlock the item and had called for someone to help me load, with a smile. The whole process took about 10 minutes.

I travel a bit and have needed to visit Home Depot’s around several locations. I really like the “feel” of this store. Very helpful people and welcoming.

Stacy and her other plant lady are amazing. They helped with all questions that i had.

SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT IS BECOMING ONE OF OUR FAVORITES. THEY HAVE LARGE SELECTIONS AND THE QUALITY HAS BEEN GOOD. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

(((Sighhh))) Well here we are again.. I took the survey a few weeks ago SPECIFICALLY about the condition of the houseplants and sadly yet again.. no one cares. I was in yesterday and most of the houseplants are not only overwatered but then watered again and again overwatered. They are such a sad soggy mess. There were multiple plants I would have purchased but their condition was very unhealthy. When the plant is so heavily watered and watered again before it can get rid of the water the roots start to rot. This makes for a very unhealthy plant that will eventually die and makes it even harder to bring the plant back. An educated team makes for more sales and higher profit. Let's do better Home Depot.. I know you can do it. (this time I helped)

This is specifically related to the garden center. I have mentioned to people that work in garden, managers and cashiers over the YEARS about the condition of the houseplants. When plants don't get natural sunlight most do NOT need to be watered more than once a week or every 10 days or so. I swear they are watering them every couple days. They're always overwatered, rotting and look sad. The roots suffocate when they have too much water. Not educating your team on such a simple thing is sad. (put your finger in the soil and if it's wet.. probably doesn't need to be watered) It takes months or years for a plant to grow and in a matter of a few days/weeks at HD and it's dead and or someone buys it not realizing that it's too wet and stop buying more houseplants because they think they can't take care of them.. Quality material deserves profit. Home Depot offers poor quality houseplants. Take better care for your products. Educate your team!

Good variety of things, the employees are kind and helpful, and you can usually find one if you need one.

Great store an really friendly helpful folks working there!
