Store is well organized, merchandise is presented well, and help is good.

FLOOR HELP ON WEEKENDS IS GREAT & TRIES HARD, BUT LACK OF PRO DEPT ON WEEKENDS WHEN CONTRACTORS WORK, CREATES TWICE THE HASSLE FOR ME AS A CONSUMER/CONTRACTOR.

I would like to thank Ruby at the pro desk for all of her help. She answered all our questions and found literature on some products we were considering for a home we are remodeling. She was great and she even stayed late to help us with a big order.

had to find a wash machine and we had a sales lady get us exactly what we needed. Thank you so much for your help Sue.

Products easy to find store is clean and a empieza lotees offer help

This store has always been clean and friendly, but I came shopping for appliances because of the great knowledge and service of Susan Rose

Some struggles with getting our order. A few items damaged in shipping. Fawn was wonderful getting our second damaged cabinet ordered and on its way in minutes. Previous (and subsequent) issues when others were unsure how to solve the problem were not so seamless, but another employee, Nett (I think) patiently spent an hour on the phone trying to solve a computer glitch preventing a reorder and was able to get items I had not received refunded. After calling corporate to reorder, they sent me to Janet. Their exact words were, "She has a way of contacting the manufacturer and getting it on its way". Sure enough, she solved it in about ten minutes. Was not happy with other employees, but these went out of their way to help.

Bought new counter tops, Ms. Thomas was great to work with. Really knows the products and application. Very pleased.

Store employees acted like they didn't want to be there and they wouldn't even make eye contact as we walked by. No one asked us how we were or if they could help us find something. Several stood in little huddles having their own private conversations. Never had an experience like this in and home improvement store.

The local Home Depot Store in Gillette is fabulous. The selection is great. They cut my wood to the lengths I needed. The employees are wonderful. I would recommend Home Depot #6005 Gillette. They care about our community.

Clean store with good people.

Jack and Susan in the appliances department went above and beyond. I am single woman who discovered on my lunch break my refrigerator had died. Although they were not able to get a new one delivered today, they made every effort to accommodate my work schedule for the following day.

I'm not from this town but there was a Home Depot where I used to live and although I really liked that store and Home Depot always has what I'm looking for, the Gillette Home Depot is exceptional. They have the friendliest employees and they are always ready to help! In other stores you have to search for help, not here. My hometown Home Depot is the best!!!

The home depot store here in Gillette, WY is always neat and clean and with everything being in a standard location and not moved all over the store it has become easy for me to find most of the things I need. When I do have a problem it seems that someone is always available to help me out and they all seem to know how to help me or they immediately get someone who can. In Gillette this is something that you rarely find in many of the businesses.

Have always been able to find someone who can help me if I need it but all in all I have been there enough times that I know the store layout and can pretty well walk to where I need to and get the product. Thank you for not changing the way it is set up every other month like so many stores do. When in doubt as to where something I want is it is always easy to find someone and they immediately take care of me or find someone else who can. Great!

I love the Gillette Home Depot. I get the service I need without having to look for an employee. The isles are marked and very visible that I can just go to the the isle where the item is located I am looking for. I love the unadvertised specials and the reduced overstock items. If you plan your projects ahead of time, you can benefit savings from unadvertised specials.

I was unhappy with the changes since my last visit to this store 4 years ago. Home Depot is the only store in my area to carry Behr products so I accompanied my daughter to Gillette. We purchased several items each; she had paint matched and it was wrong as the medium base on dark base was used. (She had a photo of the previous Behr purchase at this store.) There were few employees throughout the store. The only checkout available was self checkout.

My wife and I have remodeled our entire home through home depot. This is because we have had excellent service at all times.

Home Depot used to be my greatest enemy, since they took away 50% of our business, a local hardware store. However, since we liquidated and moved on, I started shopping at these stores, since I had no other choice. Home Depot Gillette used to suck so so so bad. Customer service was a total joke. But, then a large midwestern competitor moved into town. Ever since that happened Home Depot drastically changed. I actually enjoy shopping there now and see that their personnel are trained. The competitor might be a larger store, but their lumber yard sucks, and their customer service is the worst in town. Home Depot Gillette knows this, and has been prioritizing customer service. They even price matched lumber to the competitor one day and I didn't even ask. Their management has improved, and I greatly appreciate that. I like being around people that like their jobs, especially since I used to work in this industry as well. Keep it up. Your personnel are actually making it feel more home town and local than the competitor. Keep training and encouraging your employees to keep up the good work! I will keep coming back!

I love the Gillette Home Depot, I have bought everything from paint, wood, dryers to flowers, and many other home improvement items. They are always willing to help with any questions I have. And the prices are great!

They had the appliances that i wanted by brands for the remodel in the kitchen area.

IT A GREAT STORE. AND EVERYONE IS GREAT TO HELP.

The employees were very helpful on the day that I shopped in the Gillette store. However, it would be unfair for me to offer any criticism of the store or its employees based on the Gillette store not being my primary Home Depot store. Sheridan, WY is the store I do most of my shopping at but that will cease to be when I proceed with building a home in the Gillette area.
