I received assistance from Jennifer JBH4179. She helped me determine if the Dewalt Miter saw that I was going to purchase included a saw blade or not. Needed help with choosing paint. Associate was available and very helpful. Gave me good recommendations. Checkout was a breeze and the cashier was very nice. Highly recommended!

This Home Depot is very well organized and kept clean and tidy. The associates here are one of the best I've ever shopped in. They are friendly and helpful and professional.

When ever I shop there it is a very good experience, always have what I need and great product availability. If I need help the Associates are very helpful and great folks to be around.

Crystal the Cashier was amazing!!! While new to the Home Depot family she did amazingly well. Her Customer Service skills and natural ability to smile and be kind are outstanding!! I teach CS in the Gillette area and Crystal would an example of how it is done. Thank you!!!! for a great shopping trip!

Store is clean, well organized.All products are east to find.So many products that I enjoy walking around looking at everything.A very relaxed feeling.but help is readily available if needed.fun to visit

I was very dissapointed to see that they had "Pro" parking spots within feet of the door and their Handicapped parking is out in the middle of the parking lot. Their "Pro" customers also have their own express checkout. Just to be clear, I qualify as a "Pro" customer, but I think it is more important for their handicapped customers to be closer to the door than their prefered customers. I will not shop at Home Depot unless I can't find an item anywhere else.

I always find what i need here. Prices and selection are good. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I'm going to continue getting my hardware, garden, and lumber needs at this store.

even though the rest rooms were closed due to remodeling, outside facilities of a caliber and cleanliness i have never before encountered , were wonderfully provided. indicates the customer service commitment better than anything else could have.

I bought 8 gallons of different colors for my new house and the paint associate had them ready in less than 20 minutes. It was a great experience and the Colors were as planned.

I needed a particular item that our local store didnt carry. Penny and Rowland went above and beyond trying to locate my items I needed as well as helping me pay for them so that when I drive to Denver my items will be ready and waiting! Couldn't have had a better experience!

Customer service was awful!!! We had to lift and load our lumber ourselves!! And it is Home Depot policy that they are to lift and load lumber for you. The associates run when they see you start to approach them for help. They have no knowledge of the products. They are lazy and rude!!

This is not the first time we've had trouble finding helpful or knowledgeable employees at this store. We've been trying to buy an over the range microwave for about a month but were always told they were completely out of stock except the floor model. Today was the first time someone took the time to look and found that the quantity in the system was in fact wrong and they had one in stock. While we appreciated getting some service today it took 15-20 minutes before we found someone. the first employee we talked to didn't even try to call someone to appliances to help us. For the amount of money we have spent at this store we do not like to shop or purchase things here.

Finally an employee who is willing to help and understood what we were trying to do. Rewire a water well for livestock. It does take some things different in order for it to be safe from cows and weather. The associate who helped my husband in electrical knew that and did not make my husband mad by treating him like a moron for needing something different than what the associate was used to selling!! Great job on finding good help! He made my husband's day by how nice and helpful he was!

We recently moved to the area and purchased a home here. We have done some extensive remodeling and re-decorating. The ladies of the paint department, as well as the associates in the Lawn & Garden area have been not only knowledgeable in their recommendations of product, but extremely helpful in finding the items we need to make this house our home. Very happy with the customer service associates in these two departments!

I had very good service at the store and Barb , Angela,Darwin and Cindy made shopping a pleasant experience.
