My wife and I have been going to this home depot for 8 years. We buy stuff from there. Big appliances and little things. The associates there are very friendly and thoughtful and know what they're doing and where to go look for it. Keep up the great work.

I'm just here to say all the employees are always so helpful but Leslie M. is the absolute best!! I come here often and there's never been a time she isn't smiling, cheerful, helpful and 100% genuine. I'm a bartender for a corporation, so I know how important surveys are. Home Depot: whatever y'all pay her isn't enough!!!! 🤣 She's priceless!!

We are renovating our house by ourselves. This Home depot’s employee giving us good ideas and guiding us for all things. Customer service is much better then other stores.

I always find the items I am looking for,especially the pink panther insulation. The Glendale Hts. Storealways has enough insulation on hand. I

I didn’t get her name but it was an Asian lady in the kitchen section and she was not helpful at all and rude. And then we took our chances and talked to someone else and luckily we got Frank the dopest manager at any Home Depot ever he completely changed our experience and made me want to come back despite the one employee

We were thrilled with the amount of stock and the customer service at this store. The willingness of the associates and cashiers to help us was refreshing. This is not the old Home Depot where you can't find anyone to help. Thank you for stepping up your game Home Depot.

I do a lot of painting and have come to use Behr paint exclusively because it looks beautiful, is easy to work with, and saves me time. Patrick at the Glendale Heights Home Depot paint counter is also easy to work with and saves me time! Behr + Patrick = many successful projects

We bought 4 appliances and the whole team has been very helpful through the process. John Leonard has been especially helpful in making sure that everything works out perfect with the timing of delivery since it was further out than usual. The sales were also very good.

I’m writing this letter today, to say “thank you” to some special employees at your store in Glendale Heights, IL. In January of this year, our family began a home improvement project. This project spanned over several months and many, many trips to your store. We ordered everything from flooring to carpet, paint, countertops, baseboards and shelving, appliances, sinks, mirrors, blinds, and light fixtures. I don’t think there was a room in that condo, or a department in your store, that we missed. I personally dealt with John (the Operations Manager) more days than I can remember. I’m not sure when his days off were, or what his shift actually was, because there wasn’t a day that I was there, and he wasn’t. John was tireless and always eager to help. One day specifically, he personally led me around that store and single-handedly loaded sinks, cabinets, faucets, light fixtures, and all bathroom hardware onto several carts, saving me unbelievable amounts of time. Over and over John repeated “what else Sarah?” and led me to every single item on my list! AJ and Frank were favorites in flooring. They handled every change I threw their way with complete patience and kindness. We replaced every inch of flooring in the condo and these guys were involved in each and every decision we made. Even when the baseboards threw us a curveball, they stayed on top of everything and got us what we needed. Frank personally delivered additional supplies to keep us on schedule. The scheduling was grueling; flooring first, then the baseboards, next the carpet, countertops, and appliances to follow…Frank and AJ kept everything on track! Joe in the kitchen department was a key player as well. Thank you, Joe, for making that special call to the financing department to save me a $100 savings bonus. Vito in appliances was my “go to guy” in the store (although he did come through with a quick delivery on a washer/dryer that I wasn’t originally planning on purchasing). Vito greeted me almost daily with my list in hand. He saved me hours of wandering around, searching for items like: closet knobs, exhaust fan covers, outdoor mats, brackets, toilet seats, joint compound, light bulbs, and millions of other small but important needs. One day I came in with some toilet screws which needed replacing. They were washed and wrapped in a small paper towel. Vito took a look, led me to those screws in store and then immediately over to the hand sanitizer! Thank you, Vito, for smiling each morning you saw me and asking, “what are we getting today, Sarah?” A big thank you to Stefano, who acted like my personal concierge! Stefano dealt with any/all issues that arose from your third-party vendors (and believe me, there were quite a few!). His customer service was exceptional, bar-none. Please know, there were so many other helpful and kind employees that crossed my path during my time in your store. I was grateful to everyone who guided, directed, listened, and always smiled. Home improvement was never my specialty (still isn’t), but your team over there made it an enjoyable experience. Thanks Home Depot Glendale Heights! Sarah D.

More friendlier and love to shop at Glendale heights store.

Leslie M. greeted me at the cashier's department upon entering the store. She knew exactly where the item I was looking for. I was impress by her knowledge and exceptional customer service.

Fine store, clean, well stocked. Then, it's time to checkout and I have to scan and bag my own items at the store with no cashier options, only self-checkout. I already have a job. I loathe having to get off work, pick up my kids and then pick up some things from a store and then I have to scan and bag my own items while also trying to keep an eye on my young children, the prices that are being scanned, and awkwardly bag items in a very small self-checkout area. If you only offer self checkout, maybe you should also offer a discount to those customers who are forced to do the work for these big companies.

Cashier help me out with my gift card I was having trouble with ,didn't get her name but she wore a orange apron..

Walked into the store and wasn't sure where to go for drawer pulls. Employee could tell I needed help and took me right where I needed to be. Some confusion with the order so he went to the computer, pulled up my order and knew what to do. If he didn't approach me, my visit would have taken a lot longer.

If you need advice or someone to truly help-Bryon has great customer service and really went above and beyond on my visit.

I am a single 54 year old female whom works in healthcare and not particularly savvy in home improvements. I knew I needed a new sump pump however was confused as what kind I would need. Brian took the time to ask specific questions about my home, location and explained to me in detail which one would work best for me, what battery he would recommend. I also had question about water heaters as I had a new one installed two years ago and I had heard I needed to empty them regularly but wasn’t quite sure how often and how to do it. He walked me over to the water heaters showed me exactly how to empty it, where the valve was and after that walked me over to hoses, picked out the right one for me and advised me to keep the hose near my water pump. I’m a visual learner and he truly went above and beyond educating me. Warmly recommend this homedepot !!!!!
