the employees are very friendly and very helpful i had some issues in plumbing on a shower kit and they got it resolved for me i just want to thank the staff

Eric was very helpful when I needed some lumber cut for a mailbox!

Compared to the West Bend of my residence, the Grafton store was more available and the employees were more outgoing. Both are good, but I noticed this :)

Friendly service from an elderly gentleman Kevin Montross. Helped me pick the right attachments for our downspouts as the store was out of one elbow joint. That’s why I shop there. Another man demonstrated how to cut a downspout for me also. Made me feel like a valued customer. Kudos to you all!

Our hot water heater went out, which is never fun. Made a trip to Home Depot to get a new one. Service desk employees Joe, Caleb and Isaiah went above and beyond to assist us. We are so grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

Home Depot really cares about the customers and helps them any way they can.

I have been remodeling my bathroom for the past 3 weeks and have had to buy and return stuff through out the weeks. Everyone was very helpful. Full of useful knowledge that was helpful in finishing my project since I was new to the hole remodeling stuff.

This is simply the best Home Depot I've ever shopped in. The staff is courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They take their jobs seriously and know how to offer real guidance. I just love this store.

I purchased a dryer, a front door and electrical cord. The sales associate said to go on-line and get the 11% rebate. I did all of that and have never had so much trouble with it. Apparently everything doesn't qualify. I will ALWAYS be shopping at Menard's where i get a rebate EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

I bought my first electric Ryobi Lawn Mower, From Richard in the Grafton Store. He was helpful articulate, and very experienced! He asked about my needs my lawn and landscape and really made an effort, to make sure I understood and All my questions were answered! I shop stores because of the store employees, THEY BRING ME BACK11

This store has an awesome selection in any home improvements you might be doing.

Hailey, her manager, and another gentleman allowed me to shop far past closing (8:30pm on Sunday 5/1) after a water line broke and flooded half my house. The manager on duty walked me to the plumbing section and helped me find all the parts I needed. I couldn't be more thankful of the team at Grafton. They definitely saved the day.

Love the store and its products

There were two people up at the service desk who helped me return my product that I bought online and order me a brand new one. Daniel at the service desk was nice and friendly and helped with all me and my husband needed. Home Depot has great employees like Daniel and Jill.

Can’t walk past an associate with out being asked if you need help finding item or items. Not a bad thing at all. Always clean also!!!!

I've been to 4 Home Depot stores in the MKE area and always return to the Grafton store. That store is the cleanest, the best stocked with inventory and best of all - the employees ares super helpful answering questions and making helpful suggestions.

I go to this store frequently and I have always found very knowledgable and friendly employees to help me. The items I need are almost always available and prices are mostly reasonable. I am very fortunate to have this store close to my home.
