This is a great place to find plants and shrubs for your garden; they are organised so you can find perennials and annuals easily, and shade/sun too. The store employees are very courteous, and the checkout process goes smoothly.

We live in a smaller town, and the addition of a Home Depot has helped a lot with finding stuff for our home projects. Before HD arrived, our choices were limited.

The store is always a mess with material cluttering the aisles. The employees will watch you try to load lumber but not bother to ask if you need help.

If you need help there are plenty of well informed employees to help with a smile

After comparing prices on a new washing machine, Home Depot beat the competition by $50.00 on the exact same item. After ordering the washing machine, we wandered around the store and found several other items that we needed. All total we made 3 separate purchases that day, and saved money while doing so.

I was very pleased with the help I got from an employee with the first name of "Austin". He made my shopping experience a great one.

When I am not sure what I am looking for, I head straight to customer service. Sometimes they answer my question and direct me, sometimes I ask for more help and they call an associate to take me there. Sometimes I get stubborn and try to find it myself. But when I need help, they are there.

It is a well organized store which makes it easy to find the products you need. The product selections are extensive and high quality. Prices are more than competitive to other home improvement stores. If we need anything for our home or garden, we shop at Home Depot.

Multiple customers waiting to check out. The ONLY registers opened were self checkout? (really) Inquired to the employees as to why there wasn't a staffed register open and they refused to provide an explanation and were extremely rude and condescending.

The store is laid out so that things are easy to find. The shelves are well stocked. If there is a need to get help and associate is always handy and easy to find. I have always had my questions answered with patience and expertise. Kudos to Home Depot, my favorite store.

Everything I've needed was in stock, unlike our other hardware stores (5 other Hardware stores). Prices were good and some items cheaper due to some problems. Associates were very helpful. In and Out quite fast even though it was crowded.

Each time I shop at this store, I am greeted by many of the employees that are super friendly and very willing to help me out if I need assistance. I have not encountered a time when I needed assistance that an employee was not sent to me very quickly. I have never had to stumble around hoping to find something. The store is clean. It is also laid out sensibly and easy to navigate.

This store is exactly what I need when shopping to improve my home and my rentals. It had everything and more than I expected.

The one specific thing I always appreciate about this store is being able to find help when I need it. I'm a little challenged in plumbing and can always find someone to help me find exactly what I need!! All the associates are very friendly and helpful. I love how clean the store is. The plants in the garden area are always watered and the dead ones removed so it looks neat and clean!! Since this store opened in Grants Pass, I have never had an occasion to leave and go somewhere else because what I needed wasn't available!!

The employee who was called to help me was in a big hurry to get rid of me and barely answered my questions.

This particular Home Depot location is always very clean and never too busy. Employees always seem to be ready to help and it's relatively quiet compared to many of the stores I shopped living in Los Angeles.

Every department has an associate to help you find what you're looking for and friendliness matters to me.

This store is very cluttered. There are always boxes stacked in the aisles waiting to be put on shelves. If you need an item that is boxes on the shelves there isn't any way for them to know where it is at, they have to look all over to find it.

There's always people in the front end to take your money and greet you at the door. When you need something in plumbing or door/window, etc, sometimes it's hard to find anyone. I generally shop the local/regionally owned stores first and go here if I can't find what I want elsewhere.

I went in looking for drill motors that I researched on line, when I arrived the clirk was finishing up with another customer, and asked if I could give him a minute, then promptly asked if he could help, took me right to the products I inquired about , helped me load them. Can`t ask for a better day. Thank You Home Depot..

Everything is easy to find, the sales persons are helpful and seem to be well informed. I am impressed on how well the live plants appear to be taken care of, and the clerks try to check me out quickly and are always cheerful. Overall, I feel comfortable in the store and it smells and looks clean.

We had an exceptional experience buying our dishwasher and microwave, our associate went out of her way to explain the product and answer our questions as well as took us up to the cashier to ensure we were given the sales & discounts available!
