I'M PUTTING A FLOOR DOWN IN A CABIN. THE EMPLOYEES AT HOME DEPOT ARE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE ON PRODUCT SELECTION. I NEED THE HELP. THANKYOU

Today my man and I stopped at 4034 for lumber, paint and some garden stuff, and I was quite happy with the clean, well stocked store and friendly faces, especially Cindy in Garden and Head Cashier Annie, who is forever smiling and delightful.

I've been to Phoenix Home Depot but employees at Grants Pass Home Depot are much experienced and friendly. I live in Grants Pass and Home Depot in Grants Pass is a pride and joy store in town I can be proud of. Thank you!

Our local Home Depot has great customer service!! I just wish they still carried the EGO electric power tools.

We bought microwave, Kitchen Aid, really like it! And dish washer with handle in front and other features, great purchase.

This store provides a few parking spaces near the front doors that are reserved for combat-wounded veterans. Having this courtesy makes me feel special and appreciated.

I bought the water heater on line in the evening hours and clicked on installation information. Within a few minutes Gerry from "Purist Plumbing contacted me. His partner, Christian Beck, performed the install and we could not be more pleased. He was very conscientious about our needs and was consummately professional in his skill and knowledge about the process. He is the gold standard of installers.

We needed blinds for our home and the associate let us check out books that we could take home so that we could pick out the right style and color. When we returned to order them, they were very knowledgeable on the window coverings and got our order very fast. We would definitely recommend them for this and we will use them for future needs.

I was amazed and appreciative of the helpfulness of some of the employees here! On more than one occasion, some employees approached me to offer help and assistance even though I did not solicit it from them. Some of the employees here sincerely care about the shopping experience and welfare of the shoppers. I appreciate this and it is nice to interact with people who are friendly and professional.

I had the best customer service experience with Christy today. She went above and beyond to help me with picking through backsplash tile. She even helped me load it into the car.

Employee helped ASAP.....get in get out....that's my way of doing things....I don't "linger" well in any store....look it up online & you have the isle & bin #......time is $$...& mine bottom line is just as valuable as any retail store.

I really enjoy shopping at oue Home Depot were checkers and floor employees learn who you are and take the time to assist you.

AT THE END OF THE DAY 1 HR. BEFORE CLOSING ON A SUNDAY LATE EVENING! IHAD FOUND MY TOOL THAT I NEEDED BUT IT WAS LOCKED UP SO I SENT MY WIFE OUT LOOKING FOR AN AVAILABLE EMPLOYEE TO HELP . WHILE WAITING I PATIENTLY I WAS NOT GOING TO LET THIS FREE TIME GO TO WASTE BY LOOKING AROUND BACK AND FORTH DOWN THE AISLE FOR BRITE ORANGE VESTS . I NEEDED TO BE SEEKING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT OTHER TOOLS THAT IN THE FUTURE I WOULD SOON AQUIRE TO COMPLETE MY PROJECTS TIME IS MONEY DONT WASTE IT ! IYOU ONLY HAVE ONE LIFE TO LIVE BUY AT HOME DEPOT

I was told by a store employee that the Grants Pass store is the smallest in the pacific northwest. Might be true but the staff make this store feel like a home town experience. I have never walked out of the store feeling like I was disappointed.

Just used for a test run and had great success. What a difference from the hand slung splitting mall.Works with ease and almost fun to use.

The cashier who was attending the self-checkout registers (Jennah) was extremely rude and very unhelpful. She also did not know product location and/or availability. She was not busy at all, as we were the only customers checking out at that moment. We had to ask other employees who helped us immediately by telling us what aisle and was very eager to assist.

The woman in tools was knowledgeable about Ryobi tools (past models and present) and helped me tremendously. Saved me some money. Also, Kimberly Berlinghoff in flooring helped with an appliance and got me fixed up with a new refrigerator and both were pleasant all the while!
