Great store
Love the price of the wooden corbels. I turn them into ledges for my 9 chinchillas haha! Can’t wait to turn the dowels I just bought into bridges for them next! Jackie was a wonderful cashier. And the Zipped inventory robot freaked me out when it followed me, but it gave me a good laugh and I loved it’s devil Halloween costume!

Always a great shopping experience.
We have a great shopping experience no matter when we shop at the Greensburg, PA Home Depot. The employees are always very professional and helpful. Telia was especially helpful on our most recent visit.

Customer Service
So i went in on 5-29-2023 early to beat the rush. 1st i went to the lawn n garden to pick up some supplies and was greeted by this very nice young lady "Maddy " Very helpful and her personality was the Best ! So i milled about the store picking up some odds and ends . Then it was time to check out. I went to this young lady "Bri" What a nice girl. She is very efficient and polite and has a killer smile !

Great help from employees
I was clueless when I went into the store, looking for a piece of pipe and a downspout. I asked the young man in the pipefitting row to help me, and he was very helpful. The man I asked about the downspout was extremely friendly and helped me find my way to the correct aisle.

These employees and store are amazing!
Me and my wife came in to the store to place a huge order for all the projects. We were going to finish this summer. We were worried it was gonna take a long time and didn’t know how exactly it was going to go because we were doing a project loan, but we didn’t get the card yet, we stopped in the other night and talk to Ed Schneider in appliances. He went way out of his way. He even offered to bring down an item from the overhead rack so we could just see a color. He was amazing. We went back this morning with our full list of stuff we wanted, including all new appliances, and a bunch of other materials for projects we’re going to do. This time we talk to Ron in appliances., he was extremely helpful, was very quick and very fun to sit with. Another pleasant experience then we went to the front desk to try to find out how we can order the rest of the stuff, and we worked with Michelle and Mary at the service desk. These ladies were unbelievable helped us get everything sorted which wasn’t easy but they made it so nice they also were amazing! When we finally left, they made us feel really good about our entire experience there. When me and my wife were walking out, we were so happy and couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. Everyone was like oh well oiled machine, those are the kind of employees I would take care of, and keep working for me forever!
