Kim was quick to assist us in picking out the correct blinds and cutting them to our desired measurements. She was confident, and competent in what she was doing. What a refreshing experience.

I visited Home Depot because they have the product and price point that I was looking for. When I in the tool department, an employee quickly saw that I was struggling to find the tool. I showed him the item on the website and knew EXACTLY what I was looking for. Had he not approached me, I would have been looking for days! I appreciate the excellent customer service at this Home Depot.

Thank goodness everything was in the area it was last time and not moved to new location

The associates are always friendly and helpful if I have a hard time finding what I'm looking for I can always ask and help is readily available. The store is kept clean. Even if an associate is stocking shelves in the area in which you are looking they will stop and ask if they be be of assistance.

Had a hard time finding an orange cart. Saw at least 20 with stuff on them and no one around. Saw some with product on them that needed to be put up andone that had printer paper on it.

I am always greeted with a smile. Terry McIntosh is my go to guy, he is so knowledgeable about everything. He is always ready and welling to help me and always offers great ideas.

Cashier Stephanie L. Lower needs training on customer service. She is definitely lacking to the point that we do not plan to shop in this Home Depot again. It is a sad day when your employee would not assist my husband - and chose to let her line back up while he went outside to see if the items we went in for were out there.

The cashier, Claudia, gave me a friendly greeting and helped point me to where I wanted to go.

Very clean store, nice staff and decent selection of inventory.

Be careful of the veterans discount. Although the website show a 20% discount, it is 10%. We bought a freezer (not on sale) and the discount was not applied. We have tried various methods to find out why but no response

I shop at this store weekly for work and usually self checkout with Elizabeth. She is the best! Always friendly, helpful, happy.

Watch out for lumber associates Very hostile! Brooks the lumber manager Thinks yelling at customers is ok! & refuses to help my team I will avoid this Home Depot as much as possible Associates are not friendly in this store

I had numerous blinds cut for my entire house and every single one fit perfectly, and trust me that goes a long way when a big job needs to be completed, got them all installed in four hours , including removing old blinds installing new blinds , and tossing old ones -Many Thanks from a 35 year Mechanic -OPA

Excellent store for purchases. Friendly clerks. If military retirees are looking for military discount, note that Home Depot has now denied most items for the military discount. You will not know until you have the receipt in hand.

Many other stores in the area could take lessons from the Griffin Store. The employees here are friendly and efficient. If you need help, they are eager to help and do so with a smile. Seldom do I walk through an area without someone asking me if I need help finding something. I drive 22 miles to here to do most of my shopping, even though there is a HD store 3 miles from my house.

Every dept. in store is staffed with super nice and helpful people who really seem to care and are knowledgeable . I love this store
