One-Stop Shopping
I've been a shopper at Home Depot in Oklahoma and Mississippi for as long as I can remember. I've always enjoyed the experience and the layout of the stores. I usually go in for one or two items and leave with a shopping cart full of badly needed items for my home. This past winter, Home Depot had a special on long bar speakers, and I wanted to buy one for each of my bedrooms, but I was only able to get two. They work very well with the TV's and my phones. When a lightning strike damaged my refrigerator, the first place my wife and I thought about was Home Depot. It was reasonably.
priced and delivered and installed as promised.

Store Personnel
This store has the most caring and helpful personnel working for it. They are always helpful and contentious, taking time to either tell you were items are located and/or show you. They also suggest things that would make your project better.

Rude employees
I was looking to buy a particular paint for trim. I had the item number from online, it said there were 4 in stock, i went to the aisle/bay it said it was located but couldn’t find it. I asked the employee there if she could point it out maybe i was overlooking it. She said no she couldn’t help me that she didn’t have time. I was so taken aback. I said well is there someone else that can? And she said I don’t know but i’m not going to. I’ve never not been helped in a store before even if i have to wait a couple minutes for someone to get free. I went to customer service nearby to see if they could find someone to help and they pointed at the employee that declined to help me. I told them what happened and they laughed and also didn’t help me. So I just ordered it for instore pickup right there and what do ya know she fulfilled my order and i left.

My Home Depot
As a contractor I am at this Home Depot almost everyday for something. The quality of material is always to standard, which is very import. The staff is nice and you can always find someone to help you.
