I came in for a paint match , the young lady helped to match and wasn't satisfied until she felt it matched my small patch. When I got home to do the touch ups it was PREFECT. !!!! Thank you for your diligence.

During the building of our new home, Annie and Rena at the Pro Desk have been extremely helpful and have followed up on all of our special order items to assure timely deliveries. They are knowledgeable and very efficient. We have been pleased with all of our materials and supplies and love our new Anderson wood windows. Great job!

My husband and I use this Home Depot store often. We have always received friendly service from all the employees. They have been very knowledgable about the products in the store & any other services offered.This visit to Home Depot, I used the self check-out which did not let me interact with a cashier.

I went thru self checkout but they did have friendly staff waiting to assist if needed. Keep up the great work. Great price on what I was looking for

Shopping here for almost 18 years and whenever I had a problem they were quick to solve it in a professional and courteous manner.

I called ahead of time for merchandise to be ready for pickup. The manager was so very good at having everything taken care. When I got there I paid for it and was telling him about some paint I had mixed that was nowhere close to what I wanted. He suggested that I bring it back and they would see what could be done. We are remodeling our home and have purchased all the paint from Home Depot and other merchandise.

Wasn't sure exactly what materials would be best for my project, so I consulted the salesperson. He was very helpful and not only helped me select the best items, but helped me load them on the cart, up to the check out, and then into my vehicle.

We are remodeling my daughter's first home. We are able to purchase items when they are on sale, yet the store can hold them until we are ready. I love this feature!

Normally like to purchase items from store because it is neat and most items are reasonably priced. I recently purchased a bathroom exhaust fan with heater and it seems to be a good product. Also, purchased hot water tank/gas,and it works great too.

Couldn't find an employee around. It took over 15 minutes. I almost left.

The store is clean, easy to find what you want and personnel are very helpful in being able to direct you to what you are loking for. The paint department gave me great information on paints and equipment I needed to use with the paint. They give a military discount which is very nice. Prices are good on all products.

Every time I go to My Local HD Store, I find everything I need and if I can't find it, there is always someone that may come and help me. I really like that the employees will walk with you to exactly where the product is in the store instead of just saying, check on Aisle 9, and leave it up to you to go find it. Only once did this happen, and of course I could not find what I was looking for and had to go ask for help again from another associate that took me to where it was. Everyone is always friendly and the store is always very clean. I must add that they do seem a little short on staff at times, but I don't mind waiting for assistance while an associate is helping another person, and then they come help me. The only complaint I think I have is every time I have gone to the carpet roll area, there never seems to be anyone in that dept. I've changed my mind several times to purchase carpet b/c of this, not just anyone can assist with the carpet roll cutting evidently...and I have walked away from purchasing any carpet for that reason. Otherwise, I always have a good shopping experience there.

I had a great experience at the Gulfport store. Barry was the employee who helped me and he was very helpful and friendly.

Employees guided me to products in the store that I was looking for, and to a product out the store that I could not purchase at HD. That's Service! I'll come back again and again to HD stores.
