LOOK FOR SMILING FACES, COME TO HOME DEPOT HADLEY BRANCH.

Everything was great but we were particularly impressed by the cashier, Susan, who was extremely helpful, quick and efficient. This was in the gardening area at 11 am on 4/12

Hands down the customer service at this location is better than any Home Depot I have ever experienced

I popped into the store for additional items I needed for a project at home, I was greeted by many employees and asked if I needed help finding anything. I found everything I needed and wa checked out in no time. Finished my project that night.

The employees try really hard to please at the Hadley store. I do thousands of dollars business each year. Thanks for the help.

There were times in the past employees were not available or helpful but yesterday's visit changed from this pattern drastically, so HD is doing something very right. Not only were workers available, each person was helpful, knowledgable and kind.

When I took on the renovation of our bathroom in 2016, the Hadley Home Depot and its friendly and knowledgeable staff were invaluable. Most important, they did not 'judge' when I returned to the store daily...and sometimes several times in one day!...to pick up more materials or to ask for advice.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE BEST HOME DEPOT STORES WE HAVE VISITED. WE MOVED RECENTLY FROM FLORIDA AND WAS ALWAYS SATISFIED DOWN THERE AS WELL. THANK YOU

If you've been frustrated with a lack of help or poor customer service, give Home Depot another try. We were well cared for by the customer service reps. Refreshing after a horrible experience at the big box store down the street.

Really impressed with all the employees that helped us today with our Christmas gift purchases of a Husky Tool Chest set, a Husky car jack, and a few other items. Customer service looked up the inventory quickly, retrieved the items from up high storage, and helped us load things up. The cashier made it even better with a quick credit card application that made the gifts a little cheaper. Real nice experience today. Thanks.

I went in today, went to the customer service desk, and spoke to Heather about what I was looking for. Heather went above and beyond not only telling me where things were, she walked me to each product I needed, continued to inquire about what I was there for, and suggested additional products that I never thought I would need until she suggested them. She seemed to have generally cared about my needs and made sure I had everything I needed to complete my project. You don’t get this level of customer service anymore. (I was in a competitor location earlier today and left without purchasing due employees pointing and saying it’s over there. Which left me confused and feeling overwhelmed.) GREAT JOB HEATHER and Home Depot for having your employees so engaged with the customers! I will be back In the near future!

Wonderful to see the same faces who helped me the past few weeks, upon moving here, welcoming me back - asking how we're doing. Further, the Customer Service counter remembered me and helped with my store credit, which I promptly spent on new things I needed.
