Employees are very friendly, our salesperson Dixie was not only awesome but very knowledgeable, the store is very clean and well stocked!!

For appliances I went to Mr.Sterling he was very helpful and kind making sure I had everything I needed and was making the best possible decision for my financial and personal needs.

Don't expect to get Veterans discounts on black Friday or big events days on certain items.

Generally enjoy shopping here as it is close to my business. What I do not like is the lack of cashier assistance. I do not mind self checkout, but the assisted checkout was entirely unacceptable.

THIS STORE IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR ALL TYPE OF STUFF AND SERVICE. I WAS PLEASENTLY SURPRISED TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE SERVICES FOR ALL TYPE OF PLUMBING ELECTRICAL FLOORING ECT. INSULATION ECT. I HAD MY NEW FURNACE INSTALLED AND GUARANTED FOR SERVICE AND THE LIKE.

Each time I visit this store everyone has been so helpful. Lately I've been spending alot of time in the store because I'm in the process of renovating. From paint and backsplash tile to major purchases of appliances, flooring and kitchen counters all from THIS store. I've been there so much some of the team recognizes me and one for sure know me by name. With all my wants and ideas they all seem very interested in what I'm working on next.

More competitive prices for appliances vs Best Buy. Dixie Geren saleswoman in appliances is extremely helpful. She has many years experience and will help you find best quality products for best price. I have had such good experience shopping at Home Depot for appliances that I purchased all my new kitchen appliances there.

I love this store.The associates are friendly and caring. Many of the associates, go out of their way to provide excellence in customer service. I have shopped here for 10 years or more. The parking lot, entrance to the store and, garden center are always neat and clean. When the product I am looking for is not available, associates will provide me with a date range as to when the product will be back in stock.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH DIXIE. MY WIFE AND I WERE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW DRYER AND SHE WAS ABLE TO GIVE US ALOT OF PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE ON DIFFERENT MAKES AND MODELS. SHE MADE OUR EXPERIENCE VERY WONDERFUL AND WE LEARNED ALOT ABOUT THE NEW STYLES THAT ARE OUT THERE. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD RECCOMMEND THAT YOU LOOK FOR HER IN THE APPLIANCE DEPT.

The store associates?employees were awesome as soon as you walk in they would greet you with a smile. Quick to see if u need anything. Doesn't matter if you don't asked any questions they are there to help no matter what. I live in Lansing and the Home Depot in Cal City is nothing compared to the one in Hammond. I felt awesome when I shopped there.
