I think any other Home Depot is better than this store if you need help with anything in that store good luck they’ll give you the nastiest attitude & possibly not even help at all until they realize they’re wrong about something.

No matter what I need, any product for home or business I can find it at this store. It is clean and the associates are friendly. Management is second to none.

It a great store . Is close to my house .

I bought a phone cord from here and it was just what I needed. The only thing was they didn't have a varity of colors, but overall great and the cord works well.

On Black Friday I decided I needed to down size on my Christmas Tree, I said I’d never shop again on Black Friday because of service and over crowded rude people at the mall! Well , your day time manager , Jaylen, and Travis took wonderful care of me as if I was the only customer in the store! The store was well stocked, very clean , organized and full of helpful friendly staff that proved team work works even on extra busy days! Thank you all for taking care of my needs like I was your only customer! You all nailed it! Bonnie Carrico

I like this store better than the others

I was interested in replacing my front porch railings. A employee took the time to explain there were options such as there being a kit, different materials etc.

I needed 5 items and I was in and out in 15 minutes!! Way to go HD!!!

I decided to buy a new grill from this store, and I had the best experience since I have been home in Hampton, during this visit. Because of a very helpful worker, who spent time with me, and helped me with a big purchase. I spend a lot of money in this store but have not always had such good help. Thanks Travis A.

I placed an online order that was supposed to be delivered from this store. The order was cancelled. The person who called me did not offer any solution or alternative. He said I would get a refund. I only got a partial refund to my credit card, when I paid the full amount with the card. Nobody could tell me why this happened. After 45 minutes on the phone, they said I could come to the store to get cash (the store is 1 - 2 hours away from me depending on traffic) or they would send me a check which would arrive in two weeks. I will believe it when I see it. I had to give my DL # to get the check. I am not even sure the person on the other end got my information right.

If all of your employees were as terrific as Jasiah, your store would be packed with people. I needed help with paint selection and Jasiah was able to take care of everything so I didn't have to spend a long time in the paint department and read every can to find what I needed.

I purchased a Frigidaire Electric Range in Black Stainless Steel and it is excellent. The Burners heat fast and the oven seems much larger than our old Frigidaire Oven. The color matches our Refrigerator perfectly. We will purchase a new Dishwasher in the future and will definitely return to our Home Depot.

I've been a long-time Hampton Home Depot shopper and love the employees and its close proximity to my home. The store is always clean, and the employees are always very helpful.

Special order item wasn't in stock and very friendly folks assisted in that ordering process.

Literally everywhere that employs the people living in hampton are some ghetto, trashy people. This Home Depot is not like that and you won’t find anyone as unprofessional at this place as you can find elsewhere in the town. Great location for folks in Hampton this place

We stopped by the store today. to get some things for a project at home. While there we noticed a deal in the Home Depot app that sadly said there was no inventory in the store for our item but there was in fact one in the store. The Customer Service advisors were Great. Rhonda at the customer service desk, and Jackie in tools area very friendly and helpful.

67 or 68 year old employee that usually works in plumbing or electrical department helped me by cutting lumber, he is an outstanding employee that should be recognized and commended by management! He was truly outstanding! Energetic, kind and knowledgeable!

The cashier alasia was so friendly and prompt at self checkout she said i could do the survey to help her get recognized in the company so i hope this helps
