Store is clean but the employees are not very friendly and act like they do not want to be there.

The employees do not act like they want to be there and the last thing they want to do is help a customer and it shows.

I was able to get assistance quickly, there was actually someone working in the department and she took care of us and placed my order and had us on our way within minutes.

I went in not expecting great prices on a washer and dryer but to my surprise I found them at a great price and free delivery. Win win

My husband works with AEP and needed a few things including a pipe cutter and jab saw. Not only did Home Depot have great stock, their associates were really friendly and helpful. We were in and out of the store quicker than we anticipated. The customer service was excellent!

The store employees are very friendly and keep the store very clean so I feel safe shopping there. The store is always well stocked with mosquito repellant so I don't have to go all over town to find some when other stores run out.

For the most part the store did look clean / organized it also looked good and had full presentations - I shop bi weekly in this store for that reason - other stores near by are terrible dirty and messy and terrible customer service - Weslaco / Brownsville stores - I purchase a lot of items in paint Dept / lumber / plumming / lawn garden for my business - I also notice a lot is that partaking lot it is always clean and baskets are always rounded up for a better shopping experience - major plus is that associate in front of store that is sanitizeing customers hands when they come in - thank you for what all your essentials worker are doing in this different time we are living in with this pendemic - keep up the great work

Need better customer service, I had to go on looking trying to find the item. asked an associate and he mumbled something and kept walking.

Horrible customer service and the store does not honor their price match guarantee with other home improvement stores.

If your looking for more than just a wide selection of home improvement needs, if you want to shop in a store where people aren't just pretending to be nice, if you care at all about quality service, then store # 6528 is the place.

I do not recommend this store, but sadly it’s closest to me. It’s customer service is the worst I’ve seen in many other stores

Not so friendly associates. If you ask for help, some employees will treat you and make you feel like you are a burden to them.

Had being for a gear wrench 5/16 single couldn't find it except on kits , but i found at Home Depot.

Customer Service Rep by the name of Alondra was dismissive and rude.
