I needed an appliance. The associate in the appliance department helped me get the product I needed and worked with me on the delivery date and getting the lowest price available.

Super excellent staff!!! I worked as a retail manager for over 25 years, so I know a little bit about working with the public. I can count on one hand the amount of good employees I had. Therefore I applaud this store for their training and superb customer service.

As usual, the store was well stocked. The employees were all very friendly & helpful.

Went to return an item which was not needed as it turned out and to get some other items I did need. The service desk associate was very friendly, courteous, proficient, and helpful. The store is always clean, especially the bathrooms. The associates always go out of their way to assist me when I need it.

Received the worst customer service on my last visit. Usually have great service but not this time. I don't know if they have all new management and employees but had to ask for help. Normally they greet you at every department and help but not this time. Delivered the purchased item( a lawn Mower) all scratched up and was not the one i ordered and picked out. I'm not sure I will buy anything else from them unless they get better service than this time. No call backs like promised from anyone on my purchase, took 5 calls from me to them to get correct item and delivered.

I do all my shopping from Home Depot when doing any kind of home repairs, Electrical, Flooring, and tools. The store is well laid out so I usually can find anything I'm shopping but, usually there is someone that ask to help me. I have used Home Depot since there opening and got to know many of the employees personally. They always have great sales and I will admit I've spent a lot there. I Love it and could spend hours just looking.

Shopping here is a great experience. I've worked at their blue competition and would rather shop here!

This store is a pleasure to shop in... have been shopping there since I moved to Hattiesburg after a hurricane wiped me out over 14 years ago

I like shopping online; however, in-store shopping has a lot of positive results in comparison to on-line shopping. Home Depot in Hattiesburg, Ms has great customer service and great delivery people. As I said, they are kind, considerate, and helpful.

The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. They have a lot of items that I can not find often in other stores. I usually find what I am looking for and check out time is fast.
