Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am and noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are an excellent choice for the holidays, housewarming parties, and birthdays. DIYers know they're fun to receive and to give. Buy gift cards at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you're a recipient, you can visit the Haymarket Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Redeem our gift cards in-store or use them to shop online with no additional fees.

Does The Home Depot Haymarket offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.

Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you.

To pick up your Curbside Order:
1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you've arrived.
5. We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

Fantastic Store Because their people care!!

Always friendly, always welcoming you to the store, always asking if they may help in any way. The store is well organized, easy to navigate. The staff is amazing. Helpful, extremely knowledgeable in their assigned product lines. What they do not know, they find out for you. A pleasure shopping here at the Haymarket, VA store.

I love this store.

Home Depot always seems to have what I am looking for and if I can't find it, I just ask an employee who always knows the right aisle and often which side of the aisle to find my item. That's amazing to me because there is soo much stuff!

Appliances

Your Home Depot Appliance sales person, Kaylene Aguilar, was FABULOUS. She not only helped me with my appliance needs, but also made 4 or 5 phone calls to other area Home Depot stores to try to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was also able to help other customers while helping me! AMAZING! Kaylene Aguilar is the definition of what excellent customer service is. I truly hope she is recognized for her exceptional service she extends to your customers daily.

Great customer service

I went to the Warrenton store which is about 7 minutes from my house. The staff there was rude and not very helpful. I left there and drove to the Haymarket store and they were absolutely amazing. The staff was very helpful, the store was clean, and the store’s layout was much easier to find items.

TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service is top notch at the Haymarket HD. I have been to a lot of HD but this one is different. Clean, neat and organized. All my questions about the product answered and customer service followed through up to the time I left the store with my product.
