I'm a contractor who shops regularly at the Hazlet Home Depot. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The few issues I've had were always resolved in a fair manner. Team members go out of their way to meet your needs.

Exemplary service,accomodating & saved me alot of money that night in which Iam truly grateful for that, while he attended to my needs, the other customer service staff completely ignored me!

Pretty much sick of the product lines I buy being discontinued to make a few cents profit . I l trusted Roxul and Minwax for a lifetime . Looks like the home depot is more concerned with making me travel to another state to sell me what they used to have on the shelf . New option is pay them 8.99 to get it to my store . Well I think dumping the management of this store is an option. I also see cross isle access blocking by using merchandise is a supper real issue

My husband and I had our hearts set on an inflatable that wasn't on the sales floor. Mara was super helpful in trying to find it for us. When they realized it was up, Jeff also helped to get it down for us. We were very pleased :) Thank you guys so much!

New Policy-unless you have a "smartphone" and download their app, you cannot get the Military Discount now. As an "older veteran", I usually don't carry my phone with me and find it offensive that I am forced too for a paltry 10%.

Maybe I am a little old fashioned but it's a treat to be doted on as a customer. My cashier, Mary, really went above and beyond to make me feel valued and special. She didn't hesitate to help me secure a messy sand bag and secure it in a shopping bag. Mary also asked if I needed assistance to get it into my car, which nobody has ever done before. I thought that was great! She also commented that my potted plants I chose were a good pick. It's nice to see people who love their job and customers...a lot of non- people persons work retail that shouldn't but Mary was great!

My husband and I have gone to this store twice with many questions and concerns about installing a new floor. We were blessed to meet Tory, and she was the most informative and understanding person. I went there feeling overwhelmed and left there feeling calm and like I made a friend.

I went in looking for hooks to hang plants. I was looking in the garden section and couldn't find anything. Next thing I know I have 5 employees searching for them. Finally found them and was extremely grateful for their help. Any time I'm at Home Depot, I always seem to attract help. Maybe it's my age.

I purchased a new range today. Multiple stores sold the range I wanted. I purchased it at the Hazlet Home Depot mainly because Catherine R, our sales associate was exceptional. Her knowledge and personality made my purchase easy.

this store always has what i need. id give it 5 stars but the employees dont understand when i go to self check out, its for self check out. not for and employee to hover next to me and do it for me.

I came in to exchange a Home Depot brand item because it was defective. Although I did not have a physical receipt or the original box, I figured there would not be a problem since it was under warranty and the receipt could be looked up using my credit card. This middle aged guy at the return counter, I’m pretty sure his name was Steve was so rude and condescending it was embarrassing. He told me he couldn’t help me before even attempting to look up the receipt. Then once I suggested to him to look it up using my card, he said he had to get someone from electrical to find the item because he “can’t just give away a light”. The guy comes over, takes one look at it and says “this is not from here.” I replied that it was a Home Depot product and I bought it at this exact location. How could it not be from here? I had to walk this guy over to the exact location of this product. Clearly I know more about the products here than the employees. Besides that, why were they giving me a hard time about a HOME DEPOT BRAND product with a 5 year warranty? This guy was basically acting like I stole the item and was demanding an additional one at gunpoint or something. It was an exchange for the exact same product, at the exact same location, with a retrievable receipt. I ended up being able to exchange the item, but the whole experience was extremely embarrassing, took entirely too long, and as much as I hate to say it, felt very prejudiced. I work a six figure job and spend thousands of dollars at this specific location each year. Trust me, I have no reason steal a $40 Home Depot product. I guess the applicant pool is so crappy these days that companies have no choice but to hire bottom of the barrel labor. Honestly disgusting.

Electrial Department is a pleasure to Visit. I can't remember the associates name but he is always there and always willing to help and teach. He looks like the father from Teen wolf. Great employee

Woman at customer service counter very nasty to my husband and I. After his second question, she replied, uhh I’m not gonna argue with u sir!!!” It was a simple question from a business owner with a tool issue/ questions. Middle aged short brown hair woman. Needs more training to learn how to talk to other humans. Thank you.

When I was struggling to place heavy tile in my cart. A manager approached me and got 2 gentleman to assist me! Marcos and Rob S. They went above and beyond. Loaded tile on the forklift and brought it out to my car and loaded it! Excellent service!!!! During checkout i was helped by Mary and she was also amazing! Very impressed with the level of customer service at your store…especially during these times where it is hard to find good workers!
