IF you need flooring go to home depot they have competitive pricing GREAT flooring team. DJ helped me out with my flooring question and they got my business.

This store always has a great selection and the staff members are friendly and have memorized where items are located. I live much nearer to the Lowe's in East Henderson, but go out of my way to shop Home Depot for my hardware, pool chemical and lumber needs.

Ask for Jose. He's a MASTER at matching poor paint samples and correcting my paint colors. I am saved once again by his expertise.

I have been shopping at this location for over 13 years. The staff are always super nice and friendly, except for today. The cashier at the self-checkout was rude and evasive, in a very "professional" way.

Customer service is hit and miss at this particular Home Depot, seems like every time I need help there's no one around to help, when I don't need help I will be asked by 2 or 3 associates if I need help!!!

Shopping at Home Depot is like going to a candy store as a child looking for the right piece of candy with a certain amount of money in my pocket and telling the clerk this is what I have right now what can you help me find. ( Not Talking about credit). When you go to this store there are plenty of employees willing to help or find help for customers. When you are pondering about something you can expect an employee to ask if you need help with something in a very positive manner. We are paying more for materials now and it is nice to have help as to not waste money.

I was given misinformation by one of the store employees, but the Assistant Manager Jennifer made it right by fixing the mistake and giving me a deal on an item with the correct products I was looking for. If you have any problems, contact Jennifer and she'll provide all the necessary assistance you need. She wants customers to go out the store satisfied!

I do all my shopping at this store only.its very clean and simple to find things.

I live 4 blocks from Lowes and go 10 miles to Home Depot because they have what I need, better service, happier employees and great hours. I love Behr paint and only Home Depot has it. Home Depot has been my favorite hardware and home care products since I have moved here. Been here so long, I remember when there was only ACE Hardware and no Home Depots. :-(

You walk in with a lot on your mind and walk out satisfied, what else could a customer want. Not one employee is to busy to assist you when you ask for help.

Store is organized & clean--Some employees more helpful than others. Just because one employees gives up on finding something you felt sure they had---Go to another one & That happened today as I was about to leave and the Asst. Mgr asked me if I found what I needed---He located the common item in no time. His emphasis on customer service was appreciated.

I've rarely been disappointed with their service and product availability. They have been instrumental with my major needs (most recently with the need for my garage door to be replaced). Very convenient (just a few minutes from the house) and very courteous, I always make Home Depot my first choice with home projects and repair.

I have the Home Depot app on my I-Phone. It's has a wonderful feature that I really love. I can look up a product on the app and it will tell me what aisle and bin it's located in. When I was in the store 2-27 I was going to use it but something was off and I couldn't get it to work. So I went to the Customer Service desk and two very nice young employees showed me that I hadn't set the proper indicator (for "in store" search) on my app. Problem solved with a smile!!

You know, I should know better than try to go to another store (competitor). Every time I do, the competition doesn't have the item I want or not enough choices, not as good a price. Bottom line, why waste time going to a competitor when Home Depot has: great helpful people, the products that you want, plenty of choices, and decent pricing. Enough said....just go to Home Depot and they will take care of you!

Each employee we encountered today during our trip here were so helpful and knowledgeable, it made getting things ready for our home project much easier. We had a great trip, found what we needed and saved more money by coming here than 3 other stores we visited prior to this one.

As all Home Depots ... everybody makes me feel welcome ... the products are usually easy to find ... If I can't find something I know that I can find ready assistance.

For your flooring needs ask for James or Joseph! I just completed an 800 sq ft porcelain floor and James was spot on with lining up every thing I needed. And Joseph was so willing to look at my next project drawings and figure out my sq footage. He also made sure I was buying the correct product for the job. Thanks guys!

The cashier was very nice. I told her I had a Home Depot card, but would not be using it. I checked out and she thanked me wished me a nice day.

This is my go to place. Bought a 1981 house in 2000. Gutted it over the years and used home depot for all my appliances and cabinets and bathroom , tile, wood flooring , painting and all the other things i needed for my remodel.Im always going to be a loyal shopper for The Home Depot!!!
