Many employees walked by me without offering to help as I was pulling fence pickets from the shelf. Three employees I had asked about getting my order loaded, I was told I needed to find someone who worked in lumber. Those employees made no effort to help me find somebody that worked in lumber, I had to do that myself. found Antoine and not only did he offer help, he got a cart for me and set it up so we could stack 64 planks without having to bend over, he strapped them up and made sure they were forklifted onto my trailer. Antoine went above and beyond every other employee walked by me.

I was looking for a countertop ice maker, website says this store had 4. I stopped by to pick up one, salesman said they didn't have any but I told him website says he does. He went to looking, found it and apologized for not knowing. Also informed me how to handle things if I had a problem with the product. He was very friendly and so was the cashier. Will definitely shop here again!

We received a house-warming discount coupon when we moved to Hendersonville. Due to illness I allowed it to expire. When I went to the store to inquire, the Assistant Manager, named Rudy, not only extended the coupon, but also waived a delivery charge. Stephen also helped me and got my delivery set up. He seemed to genuinely care about me and my experience with Home Depot. Highly recommend this Home Depot location.

After Mary contacted an employee, the employee brought the item to service Dept. Mary even said she would take to the car for me.

WENT TO SELECT CABINET HARDWARE AND IT WASN'T EASY. SHERRY AND RON WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP. THEY SHOWED US MANY DIFFERENT ITEMS AND OFFERED THEIR HONEST OPINIONS. THEY PROMPTLY CALLED ME AT HOME AS PROMISED AND WERE VERY CHEERFUL AND TREATED ME LIKE A NEIGHBOR AND NOT A NUMBER. I DEFINITELY SUGGEST GOING TO THE HENDERSONVILLE, TN HOME DEPOT LOCATION AND TALK TO RON AND SHERRY.

Love this Home Depot! Go there all the time. They are very helpful and friendly. Great products at a fair price.

Cabinet design is a 5 Star, Appliances are 4 star only because you have to order everything vs buying existing stock... However if you have a problem with a rude or obnoxious employee, although very rare, the management is non-existent, rude, and condescending. Other box stores that start with the letter "L" actually earn your business every visit. At this Home Depot, you are a necessary evil when dealing with management.

I cannot give enough gratitude to this team for their assistance each time we visit as well as have any questions. They do not hesitate to answer or find the answer if they aren't sure with immediate responses. Compared to other stores within the surrounding areas that we have visited, Hendersonville location displays positive attitudes, ensures quality customer service, very clean, and assists in every way they can.

Had to go to customer service to get help. Once help was given it was great service.

Our recent experience was disappointing. Staff was not available to assist us. Multiple staff members walked by without offering assistance. Employees at customer service did not offer to help. When we finally received assistance, the employee appeared to be bothered to help us. We left vowing not to return, nor did we order the item/service we came to receive.

Jacob was fantastic. I was dropping off two empty water bottles for renewal. Jacob saw me as I approached... and without me saying a thing... already had it ready for me to pay at the register. THEN, on top of that, as I am paying, Jacob had gone and started loading the two new water bottles in the buggy for me. I realize that this level of service isn't always possible. I can't express enough how these acts of kindness and customer service on his part simply made my day.

The store is a little over one mile from my home is one good thing,but the associates have always been helpful and nice. The store is well kept and organized. If you cannot find something,most times, they will take you right to it.

Great employees and availability of product

Looks like Home Depot in Hendersonville, Tn is stepping up their game. I generally shop at the "L" store around the corner but happened to be in a hurry and stopped by Home Depot instead. Was blown away by the knowledgeable assistance and the friendliness of the associate who helped me. Even the cashier was so friendly and helpful! Thank you Home Depot....looks like you are my new go to for home improvements!
