Purchased a hammer drill/impact combo with batteries and charger. One……ONE battery was bad. They wanted the whole kit back. They didn’t have another to swap it with. They refused to swap out the defective battery. They refused to take another kit and swap battery from it and defect that kit out instead so I could complete my tasks. They wanted me to drive around to different stores to get another kit wasting my time and 5.00 dollar a gallon diesel. They said I could instead get warranty done through the manufacture. They put the entire burden to fix the issue on me. The kit wasn’t 20 minutes old when I returned it. Neither the manager nor the CSR about my meaningless 400.00 purchase. All that mattered to them is the process they were told to follow and couldn’t make an executive decision to save a customer. I rarely shop at the Home Depot because of things like this. Your competition isn’t much better but they are still better. Pathetic at best!

The person that assisted me during my purchase, Ruth, was warm, pleasant and very helpful in my purchase of a new dryer. She was informative about the procedures and what to expect. Very refreshing to have a person be professional and helpful in this day and time. Props to Miss Ruth. I've not actually received my dryer yet but expect there to be no issues.

I found my item very well and the cashier was great and we were greeted at the door. It was a great experience.

I had three store to check out washers and dryers. My first stop was Home Depot and god must have sent Ruth our way. She saw us and immediately asked if we needed help. She educated us on the pros and cons of front versus top loading machines. She kept it so REAL with us, that I went ahead and bought the machines there. I didn’t even want to go to the other stores. She even set us up for delivery this weekend.

Went in early this morning to get some flowers after moving to this state and not only was the staff kind, they were super helpful and gave me tips for the planting. Carried a wonderful conversation with me too while checking out. I loved Glenda and hope to see her again the next time I go in.

This is my go to store even though may be not the closest but worth it for the staff as they always help and are happy.

They personnel has always been helpful and agreeable to work with.

We live closer to the Antioch location but they are not well stocked as is the hermitage location so we don't shop there.

Tenured staff whine are willing to help, are friendly, and resourceful always make the shopping experience great!

This store has always been dependable and the employees are (for the most part) helpful. Be careful when buying Ryobi products. I bought a battery-powered weed eater that was supposed to be new. The plastic bag inside the box as ripped open and the handle for the product was missing. I returned it for another one that was correct. It looks like they are selling "repackaged" products as new. Very deceptive. Be careful to make sure the box that you buy has not been opened and then re-taped.

Do yourself a favor and hop across the street to the Hermitage Lowe’s, instead. I’m not sure if this is nationwide or not, but the employees at the Home Depot in Hermitage seem terribly sullen and unhappy. They act like it is a chore to ring you up, and heaven forbid you actually need to ask for help. I found the people at Lowe’s to be incredibly friendly, and they go out of their way to help you out. Home Depot could learn a lot from them.

Had hard time getting someone to load my mulch, took almost an hour. Went back and fourth from the garden center and the mulch pit. Mulch pit was closed, but I was told someone would meet me out there, which did not happen. Ended up at the garden center again, finally got it loaded. Employees name was Larry (aka) Uncle Larry he was really helpful and friendly. You guys need more employees like that.

Employees always go above and beyond to help customers.

Several people stopped to ask me if I needed help. I did need help, and at least 5 people were happy to help me. I even left an item I paid for, and someone ran out and brought it to me. I can't remember everyone, but Janiro, a guy with a bandana mask in plumbing, a lady supervisor who helped me with the check out, and a guy with black ear plugs who ran out to catch me all gave me 5 star customer service today. They made me feel like a valued customer for sure.

We went to this store to purchase blinds for our new build. We had great customer service while choosing our blinds. We had to special order a few and Mary made our experience non stressful and fun. She has a great personality and made sure that we were very well taken care of. Buying blinds for 17 windows can be a chore but with Mary's help we did it! Well done and thank you!
