I love this store. It's conveniently close to my house and usually clean and organized and the employees are very helpful

I am disappointed at the low quality customer service. Multiple employees chit chatting while registers are backed up. When asked to check me out they declined and sent me to a different part of store, then resumed their standing around talking. Seems like they don't care about their customer's time.

This Home Depot is very helpful in all aspects. Stephanie Vargas at Pro desk helped us so much that I cant explain it all. She is the best I have ever dealt with period. Thank you Stephanie. Your hardwork is greatly appreciated....

A pleasant shopping experience.

This experience made we want to apply for a job!!! To have an opportunity to work for a company who obviously knows how to train and reward it's employees! They were phenomenal!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. They especially treat me special by thanking me for my military service.

My cashier Tonya made me feel unwelcome, uncomfortable and like I it was a complete inconvenience to her day and a nuisance . Also she made me think I should take my business elsewhere. Usually all the girls that work there are so nice I don’t know where this lady came from, I usually get SHYANNE who is so sweet and helpful. It must’ve been her night off and clearly she did not train this horrible woman!!!

Holiday Home Depot - a friendly place, with caring employees. Who will go out of there way to help you, if they can; or they will find someone who can.

There used to be someone at the entrance to answer a question and tell you find things. I am seeing less people on the floor to help. The window and door department is understaffed. I always have to wait to get help. Do you know how long it takes if he is helping someone order doors and Windows? Forever.

For months I have had the looming need to replace my damaged laminate flooring. I was concerned about all that could go wrong such as picking a bad color and pattern, purchasing an weak product to have to replace soon after installation, the cost, and tricky scheduling of labor. After speaking with the representative, Samantha, I now am confident in my choice of Lifeproof Home Depot brand flooring, and the Home Depot credit card. Samantha coached me on color and floor patterns. I am now excited about the whole idea, I am scheduled for a convenient floor measuring appointment.

Unfriendly staff, only two checkout lanes during a busy Saturday, one of the lanes was also training on a busy Saturday. Self checkout is great if you want to use the scanner gun that hundreds of non mask wearing folks have touched before you. Very few customers were wearing masks in this store, especially contractors.

I always find everything I need and if I can't I get help in locating what I'm searching for with ease. I use self checkout most of the time and if I need assistance they are always there to help complete my purchase without hassle.

I am a Stage 3B Breast Cancer Survivor and Warrior gardening has been one of the things that has helped my children and me get through. Being outside and be able to enjoy our garden has really helped us get through this difficult time in our lives. This store always has the best plants and the brightest plants and the staff in the garden center is just amazing and wonderful and a shout-out to Ellie who was just a of Ray Sunshine. I love shopping here for My Gardening Needs and for My Holiday Decorations and my Patio Decor as well. Great Store

GOOD JOB OF EMPLOYEES

I am a die hard Home Depot Fan. I have shopped many Home Depots and some are better than others. I recently moved to Holiday and started shopping in the holiday Home Depot and was amazed how helpful courteous the employees were that I had interacted with. Keep up the good work.

if you need ANY appliances or please stop and see Emily she is an amazing associate. She is knowledgeable and explained the entire ordering process of buying an appliance. look no further!!!
