If you're looking for Customer Service forget it. Employees are too busy talking with each other to notice if you are there or not.

This is a very clean and neat home depot. The employees are friendly and helpful. It's always a good experience here.

Friendly people, good prices. This location needs to be updated, pretty old store. Parking lot needs paving and road leading to store is in bad shape. They also need to stop contractors from parking in the fire lanes. Not the best store I've been to, but it's the only HD in 50miles.

The store employees were friendly and helpful. It was great experience and when I'm in the area I always go there. The Home Depots on Long Island are not as customer friendly. The store in Honesdale is what a store should be. There were a number of store employees willing to help you.

I had the best visit ever here today Rich Hiller was 110% helpful and showed me where my item was that I wanted to purchase!!

I had come to the store for nuts and bolts to put together a table I had ordered that failed to ship the hardware. When I got there, I had my sleeping child as well as the heavy leg to the table (made of concrete). I was walking around pushing the cart and carrying my baby trying to figure out how I was going to find the exact nuts I needed since there was also no exact measurements in the instructions. Staff member, Doreen, was absolutely wonderful. She searched through all the different nuts, and found that in fact I needed metric size. She then realized that there was only 1 there. Instead of just telling me they only had 1 available, she searched each drawer because she knew people mix up the drawers all the time. She found me all 8 that I needed so I was able to complete my project! She was wonderful!

Associates where very helpful but the person taking care of me had trouble getting other employees to help here with a issue she was having with the grill. It took a associate who was gathering baskets to help her out

This store has excellent service, workers that know what they are talking about.
