This store was clean, sales associates were friendly and easy to find an associate to help us get our product we went in for.

Employees are always helpful and knowledge. Received assistance in the gardening and lumber section.

Great organization and easy to find many items I need for various projects often. The Store is usually in a good but busy state. Usually get greeted for assistance at some point during my visits.. Shout out to Brenda for her excellent customer service.

Worker are more interested in their salary rather than attending to customer needs and they have lack of human attentiveness

Mr. Steve Montgomery-Designer working at Home Depot Iwilei was super helpful, patient, smart, efficient. He was not-at-all pushy. He was working on Easter Sunday! What dedication! Mr. Montgomery was the reason I placed my order. Mahalo Steve.

A very busy and crowded place, but carrying lots of products we need. Just allow time to get shopping done. Very limited places/ stores to go in town.

The staff are friendly and the store is getting cleaner and I feel good. I would be grateful if you pay attention to the corona distance a little more. First of all, everything seems to be a lot better than Home Dipper in the past. It looks good. I love it because I can buy it at a low price because of the home depot No complaints

I started major renovations in my home about a year ago and have been in and out of this store every week since then. Product availability is decent, but customer service is spotty and lacking at best. About 10% of the employees actually care about anything and most of these employees seem uninterested. In addition, I rarely can ever find anyone that knows about the products I’m looking for, even when they are from the correct department. Overall checking out and returning have been easy, but I tend to just do the extra research myself now before going in to shop as I know the employees aren’t trained to know a lot. Out of probably 80-100 visits to this store, I’ve needed help about half that time. Out of that time, I can count on one hand how many times I’ve actually received good help. This store is good if you know exactly what you need and plan to be in and out quickly, other than that don’t expect much.

We use Home Depot as our first source for supplies we need. Thank you for doing a great job helping us to take care of our home.

Easy to shop here and convenient location. Variety of products available and for home and businesses the selection is diverse enough for Home depot to be a one stop shopping experience.

This Home Depot store is in my neighborhood and I have been shopping here for many years. This store is very clean and organized and the sales staff is very helpful when needed. Our Refrigerator, the Washer, Dryer and Water Heater was purchased from this Iwilei Store location. From the sales staff, delivery, and the installation went well.

Majority of the employees are very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to shopping all of my household items, appliances or home supplies in the future again. Warm Aloha!

The store is clean and friendly cashiers. Call customers if ready for checkout, not like other stores.

My experience today, with this store are bad Service. Two of the associates no customer service at all. The personally/attitude is NOT fit for Customer Service. I notice that some associates are not happy and not helpful at all. I been coming to this store maybe 4-6 times a week since middle of Nov, 2020-until now, because i have big project. No greeting, no acknowledgment, even they see you that getting hard time to carry the items put in your cart, they just ignore. They pick who they help. This store is NO GREAT SERVICE, they should hired associates that has good personally and great service. I have no choice, the store is good location convenient but if i have time i rather go other store location.

The best home improvement store in the whole USA.

Covid compliance on social distancing is neglected at this location. If you don't mind crowded stores then shop away. Items on the top shelf cannot be reached easily by short people 5'6" and under. I felt unsafe having to climb on the shelving to get an item so I waited over 20 minutes for an associate to assist me (I'm not having a unknown customer that might be infected with Covid assist me). Not enough associates v customers at this location.
