I always enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Hooksett. During my last visit I was helped by Cheryl (paint dept.) and Miranda (helpdesk). They were extremely helpful, very knowledge and were able to answer all of my questions.....

I'm a typical homeowner and went into the store trying to figure out what to do about installing an attic fan it was a little overwhelmed at first but Matt from Building Materials & Mel from Electrical answered all of my questions and assured me the job could be done and walk me through the process of which items I would need. They were real people and very funny and empathetic about my project. Without them I probably wouldn't have felt comfortable buying the product.

I've been to many all over the country. Hooksett, by far, is the best of them all when it comes to customer service, helpful associates and common courtesy. My only disappointment is that many items featured in larger stores are not readily available in Hooksett. I'd rather see more variety and less stock.

Employees are rude, sarcastic and clearly hate their job.

Unable to find the product I was looking for (Bin Primer) had to settle for their favorite. No cashier was open. had to use self check out which was 5 waiting. Rude associate suggested we use the unused kiosk (which had no light on suggesting it was closed). His response was "maby next time" ! Home Depot get a clue.... This is NOT where the pros shop!

I never take the time because I'm busy but today is the day! #3403 is the very best. Always cheerful and helpful employees. Always inventory in stock when I need it. Rarely do I leave with empty hands. Not sure if they train employees in this store better but they sure seem to be happier. Wish I could do something to get Jennifer and Cheryl a raise or a promotion. They are the best!

The store has great employees. Matt was an awesome help to me today, he took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and he is friendly and very helpful. Kellie is my favorite cashier ever. I always wait in her line when I see her working. Great personality and always has a smile on her face!

Staff always friendly and helpful, willing to take time to make suggestions regarding any projects that I have in mind. Rest rooms clean and well maintained. Overall a positive experience.

By far this is my favorite Home Depot. The staff here are all great, they recognize us and go out of their way to say hello and welcome us.

HD in Hooksett is always clean, and has staff at the ready to offer any needed assistance. I like the store for its convenience, too, as well as a large parking area.

I've been to many Home Depot stores in New England and this was very clean, neat, and well stocked. Sales people were helpful especially when they seemed to realize I needed assistance. l especially like the special needs associate who works there, a young man who always smiles and chats with me and asks if he can help me.

This store is very neat and store clerks are very knowledgeable of the contents of the store. If they do not know where something is, they will immediately find another clerk who can find what you are looking for.

Bright, clean & customer friendly! Service was prompt & efficient.

The employees were more than helpful and went out of their way to help me find the product that I needed.

The workers are all super friendly and there is always someone around who can help you. If they cannot help you then they will find someone who can help you.

I was extremely impressed on how fast I was in and out of the Hooksett NH store when I went to purchase my new 41" Husky tool box (which is awesome by the way, and only $498!!!) Leslie the cashier was very helpful and recruited 3 helpers to load it in my truck! I was out of there in about 10 minutes!! Hats off to the staff in Hooksett! Thank you.....

Don't make employees ask me if I need help, every time I run across one. I'll often get asked the same question 5+ times in a single visit. It becomes annoying. If I need help, I'll ask for it. Get better quality lumber. I shouldn't have to sort through lumber to find boards that are straight and don't have splits, warp, or other defects. Stop asking me if I want a Home Depot card. I don't, because it doesn't offer competitive rewards or discounts. None of these things are the fault of the employees, it's just really awkward to be on the receiving end of something you know they're being compelled to say by management, especially the mention of the Home Depot card. I feel bad for them.

Love this Home Depot. Very helpful staff that always help me find things that I am looking for and provide great advice for projects! Thank you especially to Ray who works here and helped me with my project!

I choose the Hooksett Home Depot over some closers stores because their staff is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their assistance. I've never left without the product I came in for, even if I didn't quite know what I was looking for.

The employee in charge of the insulation (not sure of his name) and Alan did a great job. I needed 60 bundles of R-19 insulation they worked it out that we could get on 2 pallets they also loaded it in my truck with a fork lift. Again thank you guys. Also the cashier Leslie made the transaction easy. I gave her 11 $100 bills for payment she checked each one out to make sure they were real which they were. Leslie is great asset to the Hooksett HD always friendly and helpful.

They are very polite and helpful. When I ask a question they would answer it, if they don't have it they will make a better idea for me.

Ken was awesome,. he helped me pick out exactly what I needed, very helpful. and Katie at checkout was very nice as well great customer service

I feel at ease when I come to this particular Home Depot. I always choose this store, even though it is farther away.
