A fine young man named Erik was extremely helpful with our check out and offered any assistance we needed. This was our second positive experience that we have had in the last couple of weeks at Home Depot

My husband and I went to the store to look for flooring for our basement bar/living room. I highly recommend making an appointment and request Marie, she is great and really knows her stuff!! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and spends a lot of time helping in anyway she can to get you to the end point to purchase!! Kudos to Marie great asset to the flooring department.

Get someone at the service counter that knows what the heck is going on. Not some grandma that has no clue what a hammer drill is. Come on. Just had my tool fix and now that service is unavailable? What's going on??

I am building shelving for our mudroom. I went to the "big box" store next to Home Depot and was pointed to their laminate shelving and told "this is what we have." I left and went to Home Depot. Josh S. spent over an hour helping me select the perfect lumber and trim to best meet the needs of what we would be using the shelving for. He cut the lumber and even helped mark the angles of how we would cut the trim. He went above and beyond what would normally be expected. I was so impressed by how much he wanted to help. If you have a project and you need someone to help you, Home Depot (especially Josh) would be the best place to start.

I have been a regular customer of the Home Depot store in Hudson since they first opened. I have always received a friendly greeting when entering the store and continue to be shown conscientious patience and respect by specialists in their respective areas regarding appropriate product selection. In the rare event that I have to return or exchange an item, the staff seeks a realistic and mutually satisfactory resolution to whatever the situation may require. Finally, the cashiers are very efficient, yet friendly and polite, offering me appreciation for 'my service' as a Veteran and apply the HD discount regarding the same. Thank you!

The store was clean - our associate wasn't from the area we were in, but he found the answer we needed and came right back - with a smile!! Very impressed!

Always helpful employees. Menards is next door. I shop at Home Depot because of the service, but the real difference maker is the 10% military discount I get every time I shop, with a big thank you from the check out people.

Our visit to the store was specifically for flooring and Marie in the flooring dept. was GREAT! Her experience and knowledge helped us out a lot and she made the process very easy.

If an item doesn't have a UPC the cashiers are lost. Waited over 10 minutes for cashier to figure out how to ring up 4x4x8's. On my next visit waited five minutes while the cashier was trying to figure out how to ring up 5/16" x 4" bolts. I left without buying them.

Store associate went above and beyond to help me right from greeting me as I entered the store to taking me to the items I was looking for and carrying them to the check out and helping me through the check out process and loading them in my vehicle. Went well above and beyond for me.

The employees were available to help me as I meandered looking bewildered through the store. I guess they could tell I needed help even though I did not need to ask. Dennis in the building materials helped me calculate or I should say he did the work of calculating for a project I need. He went above and beyond. The paint department ladies were also GREAT! Very helpful and I might add that on a previous paint trip a lady named Dawn was amazing! You have very knowledgable help!

The overall shopping experience at the Hudson Home Depot has improved in the past six months to a year. I have always shopped here, but employees now seem more friendly and willing to help. Pete in windows and doors, Jon at the lumber order desk and Kelly in the paint department have gone far beyond normal expectations in dealing with home improvement project suggestions and product needs. Jon helped with a special order lumber order that was received in just two days. Fantastic service. Kelly in paints has the best attitude of anyone I have dealt with, and Pete in windows/doors knows his stuff backwards and forewards. What a pleasure to deal with these people.

The garden center associate found my wallet - which I had accidentally left on the counter. He found me in the parking lot and gave me my wallet, which contained LOTS of cash, credit cards, my driver's license, etc. Wow - what a disaster he prevented for me!! Thank You !!!

Home Depot had been our first choice for hardware, home and garden. We looked at Home Depot's web site for lighting fixtures and found one. Once we were in the store, an employee said it was not available locally, nor was it in the supply chain -- discontinued. The supply of lighting fixtures was like cable TV, many channels, nothing to watch. We needed light bulbs that worked in enclosed fixtures. Many LED bulbs lack clear labeling, or are not designed to operate in an enclosed fixture. A very helpful lighting specialist was able to recommend one based on his experience. A few summers ago, my card data was among the many hacked at Home Depot. The return trip to purchase lighting fixtures and bulbs reinforced an image of sloppy upper management.

I like swinging in to the Hudson HD because it's small enough to not spend an entire day finding the thing you came in to find! Usually have just what I need. Thanks!
