On 06/24 I stopped at Home Depot Hurstbourne Lane to order 3 entry and 2 bedroom doors. Since I wanted them installed - I was told I had to get on the installers schedule for measuring. I received a text 06-26 to get on the installers schedule and he came out 07-07. I received a text 07-11 that I could stop by the Home Depot anytime to get the doors ordered. I went in 07/13 - staff had to page 2 times to get me help in the "door dept.". I was then told I had to wait 20 minutes for a specialist to get back from lunch and during that window of time discovered all the measurements needed from the installer were not there. I left and filed a complaint via CHAT on the Home Depot Website. I was SCHEDULED an appointment for 07-18 @ 11AM to get the doors ordered. When I arrived for my appointment the specialist had no idea I was coming - she was as frustrated as I was - and it was NOT a good experience FINALLY getting these doors ordered. I spent over $12,000 that day at the Home Depot and did not get so much as a Thank You.

I recently returned an under warranty Murray lawnmower with a damaged engine. I did not possess the bill of sale but had a bank receipt for the charge proving the amount and purchase price/date of purchase. The Home Depot associate, Mya, treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. Without the actual sales receipt she could have given me a hard time or refused to help. Instead, she and i went to the floor display, picked out an identical model and processed my claim no questions asked. Wow! Was I pleased! So refreshing to meet a young lady with so much care and compassion. Thank You MYA!😊 Note: I retired as a commercial customer last year. Service has ALWAYS been great!

Amy M. was so helpful with our kitchen remodel project. She listened to our ideas and was able to find the perfect products for us. We were able to put together our dream kitchen and stay well within our budget. We highly recommend Home Depot and Amy for any remodeling project you might be considering.

This will be three (3) refrigerators I have purchased. One from Breckenridge Lane, that did not work, 2 from Hurstbourne Pky. One was damaged and is supposed to be picked up tomorrow at 1004Dresden Ave 40215 and a NEW one delivered at the same time!! This has been the most traumatic experience I have had trying to buy a refrigerator!!! I think I a due some kind of refund or store gift certificate!

Good clean organized place workers are friendly would go there again

I have gone to this home depot for several years. They are well-stocked, well-staffed, and polite. I have been to other stores where the employees were more knowledgeable or experienced and were capable of providing better advice or instruction, but this is still a good store.

Everyone at this location provides excellent customer service and are always happy to help.

Took over an hour to pick up my order that I ordered online. Evidently, they are unable to read a ticket.

I stopped there—- after previously going to another Home Depot that was not friendly, no customers, very few employees! Hurstbourne is very large, well stocked, helpful smiling employees, found what I needed quickly. I will go back to shop again!

It took more time to pay at the register than finding my item and getting thru the process. There was a line. She was alone. But she was awesome greeting multiple people and trying to get credit cards to go thru. She never acted overwhelmed.

Tried to use the Home Depot app to check in for curbside delivery. What a joke. I asked 2 employees how to use it and they didn’t know either. Home Depot. Please add a simple button to your app. Checkin for curbside pickup!

This is always my first go to place for all my home project. They alaway have what I am looking for.

I was able to handle my order over the phone in a very few minutes. Delivery was prompt and driver helpful in getting the material situated. At 84, I appreciate all the help I can get

We do rehabs all over the city and So. Indiana and this store is consistently the best to deal with.

I am a female, and had serval items on my list to puchase, including change the parts inside the toilet tank. With the knowledge of the gentleman assisting me, I was able to purchase everything that I needed to fix the worn out rubber rings inside the toilet tank.

If you intend to purchase a propane exchange during store hours save yourself some time and purchase inside of the store before attempting to use the kiosk. Having a code in hand is much easier than scanning a QR code and trying to use an app.

Was buying a tree marked 50% off wanted, it’s was $50 was charged 38.50 not 25 the clerk says that the price ! The acknowledged the sale sign and it should be 25 but nothing he could do!

Very I come in to this HD and it not have what I need.

I buy a lot of my garden veggies and flowers from this store. I have been for probably the last 20 years. Always a beautiful selection. I do think that they need to keep a better eye on watering plants, especially the ones outside.some of the veggie plants were very dry and the plants were wilted. Other no complaints. Yes I would recommend.

Sarah was a great help in taking care of one of my orders that was cancelled. The other one I received today. Fiskars Loppers are a great product.

I waited at the register in garden center and nobody showed up to check me out so I had to go all the way back to the front check-out with six bags of soil and 4 bags of mulch very inconvenient
