I have always had great experiences at this Home Depot. I have shopped there since it opened years ago. The employees make it great. If I had a business I would offer many of them more money to come work for me.

Returning merchandise is quick and easy at the Hybla Valley HD. Sarah at Customer service was great. I typically buy more than I need to guard against not extra trips, then return the extra great job HD.

My out of area experience with a competitor made me realize how amazing my local Home Depot is. Always courteous and willing to help me find solutions. Thank you!

There was an assistant, Daniel, who went out of his way to help me. What started as a price-check, ended up with him ringing up the entire order. "It will go faster this way," he said. He then asked me about my shopping experience, and if I had found everything that I needed -- in a personable, professional, not phony way. The store in general was very clean and put-together -- kudos, and I will definitely be back!

Because I have had to make several trips to complete a repair (or DIY project) for my residence, I have enjoyed the helpfulness of some of the staff, and the clear labels and store arrangement, that is easy to understand---even for someone who works outside of the construction industry.

Price, value, selection - no one even comes close to the shopping experience at my local Home Depot #4638 in Alexandria, VA.

I have shopped here for years and count on them to understand the task I am working on and advise me on the best solution. I’ve had their help with floor tile processes and products, a variety of plumbing problems over the years, and the right lumber, treated or plastic coated, for the job. I’ve had them load my car, and today Paul identified and installed the adapter I needed to change my flamethrower weeder to use a 1 lb propane tank. So many times I come to HD needing an industry expert to help me with my DIY project and this store has those experts.

Our experience in Home Depot Hybla Valley this afternoon was way beyond our expectations. In search of a particular battery we ask the first employee we saw. We couldn’t locate the battery in the area we were in. We continued shopping in the paint department and he came to us with the batteries. He searched for us until he found us. Wow!! At check out we discovered the battery pack had fallen out of the cart. Once again this employee searched the floor of the store to help us find this last package of batteries. Again, exceptional customer service. In the end, we were told that employee, Demetrius was actually the store manager. Great leadership on his part.

This location has no manned registers, it is 100% self checkout. There are too many complications (unmarked items, faulty card readers, etc.) to have one or two associates running between 4 or more self checkout registers.

First class service.

I continue to return because I'm comfortable with the services at this location.

The shopping experience at this Home Depot swings between outstanding to dismal but my last several visits have been good.

Alvin made this experience really great for me. I needed an emergency grill due to my power being out (electric stove). I had visited other stores but he found a grill within my budget and that fit my needs.He helped me find one that was boxed as well and assisted from the moment I came into the store up until I was at the register.

If you need assistance, Dennis is the person to go to. He is very friendly and knowledgeable, assisting me in getting my items needed for my project.

My husband and I had bought a patio set from this location, one chair ended up being defective and we had went to the store to see what could be done. Christopher (the front supervisor) was super helpful. We had gotten a new chair and had such a great experience, we ended up getting a grill and accessories during that visit. From start to finish Christopher assisted us through the entire process and I knew he truly cared about our experience. Can't thank you enough for your hard work! The store was clean and neat, there are always associates available to assist.
