Whatever you like to fix the problem at home, or improve the living condition or have new ideas you can get them from Home Depot.

I was extremely confused in terms of which grill to buy. The one on the advertisement newspaper was not in stock. Debra stepped in and explained all the differences of the grills and recommended one that was in stock. She was so helpful and even went above and beyond to clean the grill for us. (The grill was a display outside the store which made it dirty). Debra really made my shopping experience amazing. I was also helped by lydia at customer service desk. She was really helpful as well even though our order was confusing. We took a long time trying to figure out how many stone pavers to buy. She was very patient and efficient. I felt good shopping at the store. P.S. Minus one star because the next day I called in to check if my stone pavers were in stock and got transferred 4 times by this front desk lady then she hung me up. I had to call back in.

I went in to Home Depot to find a solution for a leaking copper pipe in my warehouse. It took about 7 minutes for someone to help me once they were called over the intercom. Chris arrived and he was very helpful and informative. He gave me three solutions and explained how to use everyone of them. However there where many people trying to get him to help them, which suggests Chris needs another associate in plumbing. Maybe they where on break I don't know. Anyway the solution that Chris gave me worked. Thanks Chris in Plumbing!!!!!!!!!!

The service in the store has been improved. In my last visit. i found better help in the store and in the cashier. The service on the credit card is always slow.

This store has it all, Im a typical weekend do it yourself type of person. I don't know much but I like this store because of the selection they have in various items and the knowledge and friendliness that the store associates have. I was impressed with how fast check out was, I was in garden and I was thinking of going to another register because there was only one cashier in garden. I decided to stay and I could not believe how fast the cashier was. The line was over in no time and I was on my way to the car, it's good that the Home Depot have fast cashiers like Jessica. Thanks

Was in the store for a few things but have a project in mind that I needed help on. Chris was able to help find the product needed and how to assemble. Will have this project ready for my Christmas yard display this year (2015)

The store was fully staffed and the associates were very helpful. Chris from plumbing was super friendly and extremely helpful. He assisted me in a timely fashion and was still very curtieious to all the other shoppers needing his help. I would definitely recommend this store, mainly because of my experience with Chris.

Amber, Phillip and Kyara were very helpful with my transaction at this store. I had a problem with a water heater. I had spent quite a lot of time talking to Reheem on the phone. Amber the Assistant Manager was excellent in they way she assisted me with my concerns. She took charge of the situation and was extremly helpful and informative. She communicated effectively with a Reheem customer service supervisor and was able to resolve the situation. Additionally, Phillip and Kyara were also polite and helpful during my visit. I have never fill out a survay like this before, but I felt compelled to do so, because of Amber's efforts, outstanding work ethic and absolute professionalism. Thank You Amber! :)

I was. Very satisfied with product availability and the displays: it made easy for me to make my choise.

I needed to make an emergency repair to the main water line to my house. It was 6 in the evening and painters were coming the following morning, so I had little time. Chris in plumbing was able to help identify and find all the items I needed in record time. Disaster averted! Thanks, Chris.

The store manager Buck runs a perfect store. There's always a negative stigma about finding an associate at a Home Depot, BUT NOT HERE!!!. Three associates came up to me and my wife to make sure we were good. On top of that the STORE manager BUCK aka "the man" came up to me and my wife and asked if there's anything else we needed. This store rocks!

It is occasionally difficult to locate an associate for questions but once you do, they are always very knowledgeable and helpful.

I am looking for a plastic sink, a manager coming to me and escort me to see the sink. unfortunately, she unable to find the attachment--four legs but only the sink. She apology to me and she ask me come to store two days later after she checked with shipping department. She call me even during her day off to remind me the sink I want will be at store three days later. She said she will call me after she confirm the sick has been arrived. She ask me to pick at the customers service desk. To me, this is an extra service that I never expect. I got my sink on the day she show me after call me. Her " do it more " customer service is really appreciated. I love Home Depot. Her name Amber MENDOZA.

If you know the location of what you want this is a good store to shop. If you need the help of an associate you'd better go somewhere else. When you do find one they give minimal information that is often wrong.

I am amazed by the empowerment Home Depot places on its team members! Fantastic service from sales associate in appliances... I believe her name was Janice. She was able to match the price that was on their website from the night before. AWESOME! Made it painless and seamless. Was originally going to check on the availability first and then think about it but because she went above and beyond my expectations, figured I'd just order the fridge right then and there. Sometimes a pleasant experience with a customer service associate can make or break a deal for me. I got lucky that day! :) Home Depot exceeded my expectations! Thank you! :)
