I went in to Home Depot to get the supplies I needed to decorate my daughter’s nursery and renovate my 5 year old’s room. From the time I started shopping up until the time I left, Calandra Seay, the store’s manager, ensured that all of my needs were taken care of! She paid specific attention to me in every department I needed help in and she was such a joy to me. I don’t usually visit this location because it is out of the way of my home, but I would come back just because the help that I received was phenomenal. The man that mixed my paint for me was spectacular as well! The staff here truly make the visit easy to come in and get exactly what you are looking for!

I buy tools often and mostly find the tools in stock at this store. They have knowledgeable staff here and many are available to help when needed.

Michael, appliance department, was friendly and very knowledgeable about products in the department. Great shopping experience. Can't wait to get my dishwasher tomorrow.

Tyler helped me select an orbital sander for my plaster walls. I had BOATLOADS of questions due to my lack of experience. No worries! Tyler was very kind and patient!

I am so angry that I went to this store; paid for my item; and when my contractor goes there to pick it up - it is not there!!! To make matters worse, the store staff didn't even care. They told me to drive to Short Pump and purchase again. SO ANGRY right now!

I had a lot of items to purchase with an in store only coupon and the customer service employee was great. He looked them all up and helped us with everything we needed. He was happy and delightful

I had a great experience buying a wall oven at Home Depot, because of great customer service and clear information about my purchase. I haven't received it yet, but the transaction of buying it was painless and great.

I only like to visit Home Depot at night because it’s normally extremely busy during the work day. Lanette was great, she helped me and fiancé and made our checkout seamless.

Whenever I go in to the store for my Rental needs, Dave, Jim, Bill, Everett and the entire team take goog care of me and always give me the best advice.

I have bought excellent home repair and lawn care products, both big and small, at this store for many years. The employees are very pleasant and helpful and seem eager to offer informed advice.

The store is great and employees are very helpful. Went im for Traeger pellets. Only gripe was I was looking for hickory pellets and settled for the signature blend. Would love to see more Traeger pellet flavor selections as I bought my unit from Home Depot.

The personal and professional attention to detail and the customer was exemplary

I'm designing/building a fence and looking at composite products - Only 2 samples at the store. SO, the only way for me to see the product is to order a variety of products, knowing that at least some products would need to be returned. Time/energy consuming and ECO damaging. Terribly disappointed. I found a vendor who sends free samples and will likely spend my $5K with them.

I shop HD’s from Ohio to Florida and this one by far has the friendliest employees!

After visiting another similar type store in Richmond, we visited the Home Depot and were fortunate to have Michael assist us with our appliance shopping. He knows A LOT about appliances and was able to answer our questions and get the item delivered faster than the competition.

Brie (hope I spelled that right) at the 6501 W Broad Street location ran all over the store to help me find a product that was in stock, but wasn’t showing anywhere on the shelf. She appeared very busy, but still made a point to search for my item for me. Excellent customer service, hard to find these days. Awesome job!

Went to the Lawn mower Section to buy a mower December 31 2022 . KIM Helped us and went above and beyond. I hope the store Manager recognizes her. and will return based on her kindness. SHE SHOULD TEACH OTHER EMPLOYEES . ON CUSTOMER CARE

Naguan went over and above to assist me in my purchase of a washer/dryer. He put together a quote, called me during the evening to see if I had any further questions and then met me the following day and actually rewrote the quote and sale on another washer/dryer. Explained the delivery and install and further made sure that if I had any other questions to give him a call and to call him back after the install

the workers are quite friendly and after a home project we think highly of many of the people. the technology is out of sync and should DEFINITELY be fixed. i would only recommend to a friend if they knew what they needed or spoke to SPECIFIC people. otherwise its a nightmare.

Staff overall is very friendly, very courteous. Until it comes to custom cutting. Thankfully, I eventually ended up with Chris. By cutting eight 10-foot pieces of PVC pipe to specs, he saved me from spending $30 on a tool I would only use once in order to do it myself.

I had not shopped at this location and was shocked at the exceptional service, cleanliness of the store and positive vibe from every single employee. It was great!!! Thank you.
