Great service and knowledge.

We purchased a new condo close to this location. We have been in the store 3-4 times in the past month as we are remodeling. Bought washer/dryer, Kim's awesome! Purchased Pergo outlast applewood flooring. So very beautiful, however, I ordered the base shoe that had to be purchased online and was delivered to my home. It was a total negative, doesn't come close to the beautiful flooring, the color match is way off. Returned the base shoe and purchased pre stained oak base shoe that is a perfect match for a quarter of the price. Overall very happy with Home Depot. Shopping for appliances soon...

I was pleased with the variety and stocked items. Due to COVID the supply in-stock appliances was limited. We were shopping for a new range and was told supply is limited due to shipping issues.

Horrible customer service this morning. Was handed off to 5 employees before I was able to get 1 of the items I came for. First employee told me she didn't know where the item was and walked away, 2nd employee sent me on a wild goose chase, third employee wasn't a direct employee of Home Depot but was the most helpful. I was handed off to 2 more employees before I finally got what I needed. Never could find anyone to help me find a 2nd item I was after. Some other company will be happy to take my money and have my business.

Clean, easy to find items and employees are very helpful

The store was very organized and clean. A store employee was very easy to find, because they are stationed everywhere throughout the huge store. The gentleman employee asked what I needed, entered the information into his phone and it guided us directly to where the item that I needed was located. He showed to me the various choices of product brands and gave me exactly what I came to the store to purchase. The checkout was great too! The lady cashier scanned all my items that I wanted to purchase and even helped me enter for a store card. She was very kind and curious while doing so. I will tell more people about this great shopping experience and will definitely return to this store for any building needs here in the future. Thanks!

I was not able to locate two items for a power moveable strip. Employee said there was there in the store, but was not able to locate. Went with a cheaper power strips that they had multiples of.

My Home Depot. Huge selection of so many many items. Most of all I love the kind and caring and knowledgeable people! This is my first stop and usually only stop for non grocery items.
