My husband and I got excellent service at the paint desk. The employee on Saturday 2JUL16 was great! I am sorry I don't remember his name but, the initials on the paint can are MEB. He was very helpful and friendly. He special mixed paint to match some spray paint we were painting porch chairs with so that we could paint our front door to match! He also mixed some paint for our shutters. We love the way it all turned out! Once again -- Home Depot is our go to store!!

I like to be in and out of a store. I know what I am looking for and just want to get it and get out. On this particular trip, I had to get several unrelated items and needed information on a certain type of paint I would need for galvanized moulding. There were plenty of employees at the front of the store . . . and maybe I should have asked them all my questions. Instead, I walked the store, going from department to department, looking for employees to help me. I didn't want to pull an employee out of some other department to help me, but that is what I eventually did. That employee was awesome and helped me get everything I needed. But that also means they had to leave their post . . . and some other customer probably started wandering the store looking for an employee. In any event, if they had people in the department where you were looking for products, they would be awesome. In the end, my trip took probably about 20 minutes longer than it needed to take. Other than walking around looking for employees, the trip was great and they had everything I needed.

Knew which items I wanted from tool and fastener isles, so I zipped right in, was greeted by every orange apron I passed (very pleasantly) had nuts and bolts so I stepped in regular checkout area behind another customer. Was quickly approached by Lynn from self checkout area and was assisted in self checkout process. Easy, quick checkout.

I was happy that they had the garden cart I wanted on the shelf. Being informed that i could save $25 by applying for a Home Depot credit card was just a plus.

Wow! Great customer awareness, interaction and willingness to help with every person we encountered. Incredible. Please clone this Home Depot.

The store employees make you feel welcome from the time you enter till the time you leave. Employees professional, caring, helpful and well informed about the products. A well run store. Wish we had Home Depot in New Bern NC

From the door greeter, to the manager, to every employee I encountered while shopping, all were friendly, professional and went out of their way to help me. I'm in sales and have never experienced such a friendly atmosphere in any retail store. It's evident customer service is their number one priority.

The employees were very attentive to my needs and the plants were so beautiful, healthy, and taken care of. As soon as you walk into the nursery, it is obvious that the quality of their plants are a high priority.

Employee went out their way to help me. They not only pointed me to the item I was looking for but they also walked me to it.

Having not been in this store in many years, it was like going in a new store where you don't know where anything is (including restrooms), Had to ask to find what I wanted. The help was terrific. I also learned that I could get an APP for a smart phone to help locate things in the store. Too bad I only have a dummy phone.

Every time we shop at the Home Depot in Jacksonville we receive excellent service from start to finish !!! Moving from New Bern, NC where there was only a Lowe's and now living closer to Jacksonville, NC where we came across Home Depot, I have been so pleased and impressed with the Home Depot... I have made it MY store !!! I love shopping here !!!

Impeccable customer service Home Depot provided; EVERYONE I encountered asked if I needed assistance…and when I did, they were all but eager to assist. I was extremely impressed with the gentleman in the painting department. He was VERY knowledge and very beneficial in helping me determine the type of product I should purchase for my task. I can say beyond a doubt that my experience with Home Depot FAR better than the two stores I visited prior to Home

Home Depot is one of our favorite place to shop, my wife and I can find everything we need from gardening supply's, tools and things to fix the interior to exterior of our home.

I am very pleased that they had everything in stock for me to start my garden and finish it this past weekend.
